★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality ingredients as NY branch. Arriving earlier is the best way to avoid huge wait lines. Most pizzas are good to share specially when ordering starters. Prices are fair and the excellent quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a bit of a rollercoaster. Certainly better than the European version of the chain. The pizza's are great, made in a wood-fired brick pizza oven. Sometimes they burn the crusts but that is pretty normal. The service is ridiculously slow and disorganised. The staff do not know the menu. The seating system is inefficient, when there are many tables free ready to seat customers they still keep customers waiting for a long time. The menu knowledge of the staff is very poor. For example I ordered Burrata pointing specifically to the item on the menu and first they said they didn't sell it but then bring me a burrata pizza. The staff need to be better trained, more attentive and more organised. This loses a lot of points for a place that could be very good and consistent. I would not recommend the pasta dishes so much, they can be quite greasy.
