★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje, 21/12/2021 na loja do Shopping ABC, sempre comprei nessa loja. Sempre bem atendida. Hoje, fui trocar um par de sandálias que comprei no dia 03/12/2021,
totalmente sem uso, ficou na caixa desde a saída da loja. Fiquei 30 minutos aguardando para ser atendida, sentei e aguardei, nada,
nenhum atendimento. Coloquei a caixa com as sandálias dentro da sacola e saí da loja sem ser abordada por ninguém, inclusive pela moça do caixa que me atendeu. DESCASO TOTAL com o cliente. Cliente perdido!!!
Pagarei o dobro do valor no concorrente, mas a PINK não me terá mais como cliente.
I was today, 12/21/2021 at the Shopping ABC store, I always bought from this store. Always well taken care of. Today, I went to change a pair of sandals I bought on 12/03/2021,
totally unused, it has been in the box since leaving the store. I waited 30 minutes to be answered, I sat down and waited, nothing,
no attendance. I put the box with the sandals inside the bag and left the store without being approached by anyone, including the cashier who answered me. TOTAL NEGLIGENCE with the customer. Lost customer!!!
I will pay double the amount at the competitor, but PINK will no longer have me as a customer.
