Claro que fizemos uma pesquisa de mercado antes de fechar negócio, mas o fator principal foi a confiança passada pelo Diego, que nos atendeu muito bem. Fechamos negócio e, então, marcamos a instalação da nossa piscina. Como em qualquer obra, tivemos alguns ajustes para fazer e - o melhor de tudo - o DIEGO atendeu todas as nossas demandas para solucionar todos os ajustes.
O pós-venda é nota 1000.
Estamos muito felizes com a linda piscina que temos.
Agradeço a Splash Niterói pelo profissionalismo na venda, na instalação e - o mais importante - no Pós-venda que realmente foi excelente.

I bought the pool at the Niterói splash pool, in Itaipú, without any indication of friends. Of course, we did market research before closing the deal, but the main factor was the confidence passed on by Diego, who served us very well. We closed the deal and then scheduled the installation of our swimming pool. As with any work, we had some adjustments to make and - best of all - DIEGO met all our demands to solve all the adjustments.
After-sales is note 1000.
We are very happy with the beautiful pool we have.
I would like to thank Splash Niterói for the professionalism in sales, installation and - most importantly - in the After-Sales which was really excellent.

Desde o primeiro contato com a Rafaela, em segundo com o Diego, em terceiro o Felipe e por último os trabalhadores das escavações, todos são excelentes em suas funções. O pós venda também testei, andei precisando tirar dúvidas sobre a piscina e o funcionamento depois de instalada e eles estão sempre prontos a nos atender e tudo rápido e desenrolado… A piscina foi instalada sem problemas, todos os acessórios prometidos chegaram conforme esperado, enfim, estou muito satisfeito. Deixo aqui o meu obrigado a essa equipe!!! Sucessoooooo pra vcs!!!!
After 6 months of installation, I think I can already give an opinion about the pool and the team. I recommend SPLASH Niterói on Av. Central to any friend. From the first contact with Rafaela, second with Diego, third with Felipe and lastly with the excavation workers, everyone is excellent in their roles. I also tested the after-sales service, I needed to ask questions about the pool and how it works after it was installed and they are always ready to help us and everything was fast and smooth… The pool was installed without any problems, all the promised accessories arrived as expected, in short, I am very satisfied. I leave here my thanks to this team!!! Success for you guys!!!!
