Agora tem nova loja e chama-se RDL, é uma das cinco lojas do Grupo. Excelente lugar para se comprar tudo relacionado a material de construção e o atendimento é de primeira, vale a pena conferir.

Now it has a new store and is called RDL, it is one of the five stores of the Group. Excellent place to buy everything related to construction material and the service is first rate, worth checking out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento excelente, tem de tudo bastante e com preço justo considerando os dias e horários de atendimento incluindo feriados e domingos que a loja se dispõem em estar aberta para atender, esta loja já me tirou de muita situação em que só resolveria meu problema no dia seguinte porque eles ficam abertos acho que ate as 21hs e aos feriados estão lá a equipe toda.

excellent service, everything has everything and fair price considering the days and hours of service including holidays and Sundays that the store is willing to be open to meet, this store already took me out of a lot of situation where it would only solve my problem the next day because they stay open I think that until 9:00 pm and on holidays the whole team is there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz duas compras na loja, com entrega a cargo deles. Na primeira tudo ocorreu sem problema. Na segunda, mesmo indo pessoalmente à loja na véspera e acordando com o vendedor que a entrega deveria ser feita na parte da manhã, a mesma só me foi entregue às 14:30h da tarde. No mesmo dia, ainda na parte da manhã, liguei pra loja e o vendedor disse que nada podia fazer, pois houve atraso. Falei com o gerente, expliquei que havia pago antecipadamente, que precisava urgentemente dos materiais no período da manha. Ele disse que mandaria entregar em meia hora na obra. Passou-se mais de 4h pros produtos comprados chegarem.
I made two purchases in the store, with delivery in charge of them. At first everything went smoothly. On Monday, even though I personally went to the store the day before and agreed with the seller that delivery should be made in the morning, it was only delivered to me at 2:30 pm. On the same day, still in the morning, I called the store and the seller said there was nothing he could do, as there was a delay. I spoke with the manager, explained that I had paid in advance, that I urgently needed the materials in the morning. He said he would have it delivered in half an hour at the construction site. It took over 4 hours for the purchased products to arrive.
