★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um péssimo atendimento com um dos responsáveis da loja que se chama Rafael, onde fui reclamar do péssimo atendimento do mesmo pois como comprei varios produtos na loja fui retirando os materiais aos poucos, para minha surpresa quando estava retirando uns dos matérias o mesmo disse que não podia, porque estava sem a nota fiscal, mais o mesmo sabia que o material que estava tirando já estava pago e eu ainda não tinha retirado, ele fez eu voltar em casa, isso me causou um grande transtorno (Pois moro longe e estava com um carro com carrocinha emprestado). Onde os mesmo não respeita o direto do consumidor. Antes de comprar o mesmo se mostra prestativo, depois da compra eles começam a complicar todo o andamento . NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA LOJA. Madeira que estava a venda cheia de cupim... Péssimo atendimento e não tem como fazer uma reclamacar para melhorar o servico.

Where the same does not respect consumer rights. Before buying, it shows itself helpful, after the purchase they start to complicate the whole process. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Wood that was full of termites for sale... Terrible service and there is no way to complain to improve the service.
