Gabriel super desinteressado, nĂŁo soube resolver o problema e ainda fez pouco caso.
Uma loja desse porte com um atendimento péssimo.
Fui no quiosque do shopping DelRey, fui super bem atendida e resolveram meu problema de troca. NĂŁo volto mais na Piticas do Boulevard!
 Arrogant attendants.
Gabriel was super disinterested, did not know how to solve the problem and still ignored it.
A store of this size with terrible service.
I went to the DelRey shopping kiosk, I was very well attended and they solved my exchange problem. I'm not going back to Piticas do Boulevard anymore!

Nunca tem estoque para produtos para troca, tanto Ă© que o prazo de troca venceu por incapacidade da marca e nenhum dos atendentes estava disposto a ajudar. Ă horrĂvel ficar tentando trocar um produto e ainda passar por isso. PĂ©ssimo. SĂł nĂŁo dou zero por nĂŁo ser possĂvel. Tratam super mal o cliente e nĂŁo estĂŁo interessados em resolver o problema.
Bad service, disrespectful. They are not in the least interested in helping you exchange and solving your problem. You never have stock for products to trade, so much so that the trade-in term expired due to brand inability and none of the attendants were willing to help. It's awful to be trying to trade a product and still go through it. Terrible. Just do not give zero because it is not possible. They treat the customer very badly and are not interested in solving the problem.

â â â â â Lixo! AlĂ©m de ter que fazer um esforço imenso pra achar uma camisa razoĂĄvel, nĂŁo aceita trocas sem a nota. O problema estĂĄ no fato de que em outros locais da marca aceitam e inclusive informam que a troca pode ser realizada em qualquer uma das lojas e sĂł com a etiqueta! RidĂculo.

â â â â â NĂŁo recomendo, nĂŁo adianta ter produtos legais se o relacionamento com os clientes nĂŁo funciona. VocĂȘ ganha um presente e nĂŁo pode trocar pela falta de nota fiscal ou " tĂquete de troca", mesmo q seja sĂł o tamanho, como se as pessoas te dessem o presente junto com a nota fiscal. Sei que por lei nĂŁo Ă© obrigatĂłrio, mas por uma questĂŁo de bom relacionamento, as lojas no geral nĂŁo criam empecilhos para as trocas.

You get a gift and you can't exchange it for lack of invoice or "exchange ticket", even if it's just the size, as if people gave you the gift together with the invoice. I know that by law it is not mandatory, but as a matter of good relationship, stores in general do not create obstacles for exchanges.
