Antes de você alugar o imóvel te jogam o tapete vermelho e só faltam te carregar no colo, depois te viram as costa e só faltam enfiar a mão na sua cara se você questina algo. Com apenas um mês de moradia, após uma chuva, meu quarto, cozinha e área de entrada ficaram encharcados, perdi dois guarda roupas, saúde (minha e de minhas filhas) e socego. Informei a imobiliária e ao proprietário que fizeram pouco caso. Me exigiram duas latas de tintas da marca Suvinil, mais $500,00 para a entrega do imóvel. São pessoais frias, desumanas, mercenárias, sem educação, hiper grosseiras e muito, muito desonestas. Todas as pessoas que sito o nome dessa imobiliária Pitt, tem alguma reclamações ou experiência ruim para contar. Não recomendo nunca.
I was a client of this real estate for a terrible 2 years. Before you rent the property you get the red carpet and you just have to carry you on your lap, then you see the coast and just stick your hand in your face if you ask something. With only a month of living, after a shower, my room, kitchen and entrance area were soaked, I lost two wardrobes, health (mine and my daughters) and socego. I informed the real estate agent and the landlord that they made little case. I was required two cans of Suvinil paint plus $ 500 for the delivery of the property. They're cold, inhuman, mercenary, uneducated, hyper-rude, and very, very dishonest. Everybody who goes by the name of this real estate Pitt has some complaints or bad experience to tell. I never recommend it.

Pitt real estate is a serious company. For three years I was able to closely follow their work. Period during which the lease contract in Belo Horizonte lasted. Helpful, understanding, always ready to serve and help. A group that works as a Family, in order to serve.
