O atendimento é essencial para fidelização de clientes.

Se tivesse como dar zero, eu daria.
Atendimento horrível.
A farofa estava azeda e avisamos mas a atendente fez pouco caso e nem sequer um pedido de desculpas ou algo do tipo.
Durante a refeição não perguntaram se íamos beber algo.
Não indico, de forma alguma

The farofa was sour and we warned but the attendant took little notice and not even an apology or anything like that.
During the meal they didn't ask if we were going to have a drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, minha experiência foi péssima realizei um pedido era 19:40 até as 21 não chegou e isso o tempo todo mandando msg e perguntando eles se tinham saído e eles falando que estavam saindo pra entregar. Achei um absurdo pq me informaram que iria demorar apenas 30 a 40 min. Não irei comprar novamente, nem desculpas pediram um absurdo.
Terrible, my experience was terrible, I placed an order and it was 7:40 pm until 9:00 pm and it didn't arrive all the time, sending a message and asking them if they had left and they said they were leaving to deliver. I thought it was absurd because I was told it would only take 30 to 40 min. I will not buy again, no apologies were made for an absurdity.
