Great service, however, absurd waiting time, in my order said 40 to 50 minutes, but arrived with 95 minutes .. Withered potato, cold burger !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, fiz o pedido pela Uber Eats, atrasaram mais de 1h meu pedido e chegou faltando. Quando liguei para informar que não iria receber o pedido faltando depois de esperar mais de 1h além do previsto uma atendente ao fundo da ligação ficou rindo e debochando da situação.
Bad experience, I ordered Uber Eats, my order was delayed more than 1h and it was missing. When I called to inform that I would not receive the missing request after waiting more than 1h beyond expected, an attendant at the bottom of the call was laughing and mocking the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUITO RUIM! Fiz um pedido às 19:14 pelo Uber eats, já são 22:07 e o pedido não chegou. Já liguei duas vezes e nada. A primeira previsão foi de uns 20 minutos e a segunda de que o motoqueiro já estava na rua com a entrega. Mas se passaram mais de 30 minutos e até agora nada. Péssimo atendimento.
TOO BAD! I made an order at 19:14 through Uber eats, it is already 22:07 and the order has not arrived. I've called twice and nothing. The first forecast was about 20 minutes and the second that the biker was already on the street with the delivery. But more than 30 minutes have passed and so far nothing. Terrible attendance.
