★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado com os pedidos nesse estabelecimento, porque a Dona não cumpre com a sua palavra por conta de alguns trocados a mais, imagina quanto a segurança e higiene com os alimentos.
Be careful with orders at this establishment, because the owner does not keep her word because of a few extra change, imagine how safe and hygienic the food is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos uma pizza as 20h, disseram 50min de espera e depois de 1h30 aparece o entregador aqui sem nem avisar nada, quase o dobro do tempo para entrega e nem sequer avisaram que atrasaria.
We ordered a pizza at 8pm, they said a 50min wait and after 1h30 the delivery man shows up here without even telling us anything, almost twice as long for delivery and they didn't even warn that it would be late.

Na primeira vez a pizza estava boa e por isso decidi pedir novamente e mais uma decepção...
Conclui meu pedido via WhatsApp as 21h e me deram o prazo de até 70 minutos para entrega.
89 minutos depois eu mandei msg querendo saber o que houve, esperei mais 10 minutos ainda para eles me responderem e disseram que estavam aguardando o motoboy... isso já era 22h30.
As 22h56 me respondem novamente dizendo que o motoboy havia saído.
De moto da pizzaria até a minha residência são 3,3km (no max 10 min).
Recebi a pizza 23h14.
Um verdadeiro descaso com o cliente pq se eu não pergunto, eles também não dão nenhum posicionamento a respeito do seu pedido.
Pizza não estava com a mesma qualidade e também não estava quente.
NÃO RECOMENDO!
For the second time they took a long time to deliver.

I completed my order via WhatsApp at 21:00 and they gave me up to 70 minutes for delivery.

By motorcycle from the pizzeria to my residence it is 3.3 km (max 10 min).
Got the pizza at 11:14 pm.
A real disregard for the customer because if I don't ask, they also don't give any position regarding your order.
Pizza wasn't the same quality and it wasn't hot either.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
