★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre pedi ifood, quando pedi pelo telefone informaram que não entregavam na minha região, avisei que já era cliente e mesmo assim ela sequer quis olhar o cadastro. Entrei no app e estava lá disponível pela entrega. Atendimento muito ruim. Precisam qualificar melhor os atendentes. Nunca mais peço nada de lá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não sou de reclamar, ultimamente o "QBARA" não vem sendo "QBARA", não está entregado a qualidade de algum tempo atrás via delivery... parei de pedir pizza pois algumas estavam vindo "nadando" no óleo escorria até na mão do motoboy na hora de entregar... tive um pedido de pastel errado, veio frio e sem catupiry detalhe q moro perto, dei um alo pelo whats iao falar com o responsavel e bla bla bla, enfim aparentemente acho que nao precisam mais cativar seus clientes... exclusão da conta e nunca mais.

Pedi no balcão, tudo bem desorganizado, me deram prazo de 20 minutos esperei 45 minutos, várias pessoas que chegaram depois de mim que pediram no balcão foram atendidos, reclamei novamente e cheguei ao ponto de pedir meu dinheiro devolta a atendente Milena super mal educada, já saiu tirando insinuemo-nos do caixa e colocando na minha mão sem satisfação nenhuma, como não queria ficar ainda com fome pedi mais um prazo ela sem nenhuma educação disse mais 5 minutos. E demorou mais 10 minutos, total de espera 1hora.
