★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao consigo falar ao telefone pois ninguem atende e a pizza veio sal puro, um horror. Decepcionada. E ainda por cima nao consigo falar pra reclamar.
I can't talk on the phone because nobody answers and the pizza came pure salt, a horror. Disappointed. And on top I can't speak to complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prazo inicial para entrega era de 70-85 minutos, o que já é um tempo maior do que o normalmente dado. Contudo, mesmo dando um tempo maior, a entrega se deu em 160 minutos. Infelizmente perderam um cliente e nenhuma recomendação. (Uma estrela apenas por ser obrigado para comentar.)
The initial lead time was 70-85 minutes, which is longer than usual. However, even taking a longer time, the delivery took place in 160 minutes. Unfortunately they lost a customer and no recommendation. (A star just for being obliged to comment.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Queijo ralado de pacotinho) Fiquei hospedado no The Hotel em Barra perguntei a recepção se teriam alguma pizzaria delivery para indicar me indicaram esta que decepção no telefone perguntei ao atendente se a pizza marguerita viria com queijo parmesão falou que não mais iria adicionar pois bem mais de 1 hora após chegou a pizza com queijo parmesão de pacotinho sameado por cima não acreditei no que vi nas piores pizzarias nunca chegou a este ponto HORRÍVEL!!!!
(Grated packet cheese) I stayed at The Hotel in Barra I asked the reception if they would have any pizzeria delivery to indicate this disappointment on the phone I asked the attendant if the pizza marguerita would come with Parmesan cheese he said he would not add it because 1 hour after the pizza arrived with parmesan cheese from a small packet sampled on top I could not believe what I saw in the worst pizzerias never reached this HORRIBLE point !!!!

PIZZA FRIA ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO FUNCIONÁRIOS DESPREPARADOS E SEM GERENTE OU PROPRIETÁRIO PARA OUVIR SE QUER UMA RECLAMAÇÃO!
Solicitei uma pizzaria neste restaurante onde costumavam ter boas pizzas e bom atendimento, hoje dia 26/3 após fazer o pedido o que se intitulado como entregador de pizza um ignorante de pai e mãe, grosso e ainda incompetente pois nem sabia o q estava sendo entregue.
Pedido feito no Ifood sendo assim recomendo ao site que retire este restaurante do seu grupo para não se queimar no mercado! !

I ordered a pizzeria in this restaurant where they used to have good pizzas and good service, today 26/3 after ordering what called himself a pizza delivery boy ignorant father and mother, thick and still incompetent because I did not know what was being delivered.
Ifood order so I recommend to the site to remove this restaurant from your group not to burn in the market! !

Quando motoboy chegou, perguntei ao mesmo por que a demora havia acontecido, e ainda disse que liguei para o restaurante e ninguem atendeu (o que realmente aconteceu), então ele olhou para mim e ficou quieto, com a cara feia ainda por cima. Quer dizer, a comida demora muito além do prazo, ninguém atende e ainda não sou bem tratado pelo motoboy (que não emitiu nem mesmo um pedido de desculpas)?
Decepcionante. Não tornarei a pedir no local.
*A porção de batata palha é ridiculamente pequena para o preço que é cobrado.
** A promoção de sobremesa grátis tb é apenas uma fachada, aparentemente. Pois a mesma não chegou aqui.
It is unacceptable for a stroganoff to take more than 2 hours to arrive. When motoboy arrived, I asked him why the delay had happened, and even said that I called the restaurant and no one answered (which really happened), so he looked at me and was quiet, his ugly face on top. I mean, the food takes too long, no one answers and I'm still not treated well by motoboy (who hasn't even made an apology)?
Disappointing. I will not ask again on the spot.
* The portion of potato chips is ridiculously small for the price that is charged.
** The free dessert promotion tb is just a facade, apparently. Because it didn't get here.
