★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma pizza no balcão, o atendente me ofereceu fazer a entrega disse que em 45 min estaria em casa.
Recusei e fiquei aguardando no estacionamento com 45 min fui ver o que tinha acontecido, simplesmente esqueceram da pizza e foram fazer as pressas.
 I ordered a pizza from the counter, the clerk offered to make the delivery said in 45 min would be home.
I refused and I was waiting in the parking lot for 45 min I went to see what had happened, simply forgot about the pizza and went to hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente decepcionante, apontam como a partir das 18 horas o início dos atendimentos e estou aproximadamente 01 horas e 15 minutos tentando contato em todos os números divulgados; inclusive whatsapp porém sem sucesso!
Simply disappointing, they point out as from 6 pm the start of appointments and I am approximately 01 hours and 15 minutes trying to contact all the numbers released; including whatsapp but without success!

Pedimos uma pizza ,simplesmente não entregaram ,enviamos mensagem e falaram que estava a caminho , depois a desculpa que o motoqueiro já tinha saído e não estava conseguindo falar e até as 23;45 nada

We ordered a pizza, they simply didn't deliver, we sent a message and said they were on their way, then the excuse that the biker had already left and was not able to speak and until 23; 45 nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui maltratada pela dona desta pizzaria. Eu compro pizza lá todo o final de semana. Mas ainda bem que peço pelo telefone. Por que a dona é uma grossa. Nunca fui tão maltratada. Eles tem uma promoção que juntando 15 cupons vc ganha uma pizza. La esta escrito de terça a quinta eu e meu namorado realmente não nos atentamos e fomos la hoje para trocar pela pizza. Detalhe eu tenho uns 40 cupons. Ou seja ja compro muito lá SOU CLIENTE. OU MELHOR ERA CLIENTE POIS NUNCA MAIS IREI COMPRAR NADA. A mulher foi super grossa. Ela gritou comigo e disse ' ESTÁ ESCRITO DE TERÇA A QUINTA!!!'. Só faltou me agredir. Meu namorado apenas perguntou se ela poderia fazer este favor. E ela gritou conosco. Não é assim que se trata um cliente.
Today I was mistreated by the owner of this pizzeria. I buy pizza there every weekend. But it's a good thing I ask over the phone. Because the owner is a thick one. I've never been so mistreated. They have a promotion that adding 15 coupons you get a pizza. It is written from Tuesday to Thursday my boyfriend and I didn't really notice and went there today to exchange for pizza. Detail I have about 40 coupons. In other words, I already buy a lot there. OR BETTER IT WAS A CUSTOMER BECAUSE I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE. The woman was super thick. She yelled at me and said 'IT'S WRITTEN FROM THURSDAY TO THURSDAY !!!'. I just needed to hit me. My boyfriend just asked if she could do this favor. And she yelled at us. That is not how a customer is treated.
