Me mudei para o Tatuapé , na rua da pizzaria , ou mehor , ela está a 200 metros na.esquina.. As.pizzas continuam excelentes , mas o atendimento , mudou muiiiito e para muiiiito pior. Ao nível de eu NUNCA mais pedir nada . Não lhe desejam bom dia ou boa noite, respondem para esperar, que atendem.na.ordem... Mas alguém pediu para sair da ordem, não... Nesta data, como eu estava pedindo e indo para casa no caminho , acabei parando.para perguntar se eles não tinham.tempo de ter educação., as atendentes disseram q.estao com muito serviço , chamei a gerente que deu a mesma resposta . Ou seja , muito serviço na.cezanne.traz má educação , traz falta de.tempo para ser agradável e dar boa noite , que e o mínimo q.se espera do fornecedor. Assim, caríssimos amigos, não comprem da cezanne , ou comprem.menos, para que
eles possam ser educados com os.clientes . sds

I moved to Tatuapé, in the street of the pizzeria, or better, it is 200 meters in the corner. The pizzas are still excellent, but the service has changed a lot and for a lot worse. At the level of I NEVER ask for anything anymore. They do not wish you good morning or good night, they answer to wait, they answer.in.order ... But someone asked to get out of order, no ... On this date, as I was asking and going home on the way, I ended up stopping .to ask if they didn’t have time to have an education., the attendants said that they are very service oriented, I called the manager who gave the same answer. In other words, a lot of na.cezanne.traz bad service, brings a lack of time to be pleasant and say good night, which is the minimum expected from the supplier. Já tive várias experiências com pizzas do bairro mais dessa pizzaria Cézanne não existe igual todas são maravilhosas.. recomendo super é nota 10! Lembrando também que o atendimento é excelente o tempo de espera sempre pontual e a embalagem bem lacrada!
Best pizza in the neighborhood of Tatuapé that I've eaten until today! I've had several experiences with pizzas in the neighborhood, but this pizzeria Cézanne doesn't exist like they are all wonderful. I recommend it super, it's a 10! Also remembering that the service is excellent, the waiting time is always punctual and the packaging well sealed!

Você ter um pedido vindo errado e ter de esperar 8 minutos para a gerente Patrícia lhe atender e lhe tratar nitidamente como se você estivesse incomodando e lhe oferecer uma pizza brotinho sendo que em nenhum momento pedi nada pois nada que fosse feito resolveria o problema de chegar uma pizza sendo que tinha que vir duas ( corretas ) . Era só para concretizar mesmo sobre a qualidade dos serviço prestado mas percebi que o problema maior se da no treinamento dos colaboradores que acho que nem sabe que existe pós venda quanto mais sua importância . Uma pena pois a pizza e boa .

If you have a wrong order and have to wait 8 minutes for the manager Patricia to meet you and treat you clearly as if you were bothering her and offer her a brotinho pizza, and at no point did I ask for anything because nothing that was done would solve the problem of arriving one pizza and two (correct) had to come. It was just to materialize about the quality of the service provided, but I realized that the biggest problem is in the training of employees, who do not even know that there is an after-sales service, let alone its importance. A pity because the pizza is good.

Mesmo o preço sendo um pouco salgado, ao ir no local você percebe que a casa tem um movimento muito grande, São vários funcionários, e olha que a casa só trabalha com delivery , pedidos por telefone ou pelo Aplicativo.
One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten... great quality ingredients. Priced and a little salty, more worth every penny. You have the option to order delivery or pick up on the spot. Even though the price is a little high, when you go to the place, you notice that the house has a lot of traffic, there are several employees, and that the house only works with delivery, phone orders or applications.
