★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!! Em dezembro a ração Golden Premier frango e carne veio com larva e besouros. Reclamei. E foi resolvido a troca. Agora em Março efetuei a compra da mesma ração e novamente ela veio com o mesmo problema. Só que dessa vez foi diferente. O Sr. Antônio gerente ou dono do estabelecimento insinuou que seria eu a responsável no armazenamento da ração. Bom levando em consideração que a compra foi realizada no dia 20/03 e eu abri a embalagem no dia 29/03 do corrente ano. Acho que não houve tempo suficiente para mesma acasalar, sair a larva e sair os besouros da mesma. Não sou especialista porém não sou alienada. Portanto a ração já veio contaminada sim. Porém conversei com uma vizinha que a tempos atrás teve o mesmo problema nesta mesma loja. Só que ela preferiu apenas mudar de loja. Bem eu com certeza não comprarei mais nada lá e recomendo que os demais clientes fiquem mais atentos aos produtos que procedem desta loja. Farei a minha reclamação aos órgãos competentes sim para que seja feita uma rigorosa fiscalização sobre o armazenamento efetuado nesta loja. Tenho fotos, tenho a nota da compra. Não sou uma pessoa leviana. E não gostei das insinuações do mesmo sobre os meus cuidados com referida ração. Comprei dois pacotes. Porém só um estava contaminado. O outro não.
Terrible !! In December the Golden Premier chicken and meat ration came with larvae and beetles. I complained. And the exchange was resolved. Now in March I purchased the same feed and again it came with the same problem. Only this time it was different. Mr. Antônio, manager or owner of the establishment, hinted that I would be responsible for storing the feed. Good considering that the purchase was made on 03/20 and I opened the packaging on 03/29 this year. I don't think there was enough time for it to mate, get the larva out and the beetles out of it. I am not an expert but I am not alienated. So the feed has already been contaminated. However, I talked to a neighbor who had the same problem in this same store a while ago. Only she preferred to just change stores. Well, I certainly won't buy anything there anymore and I recommend that other customers pay more attention to the products that come from this store. I will make my complaint to the competent bodies so that a strict inspection is carried out on the storage carried out in this store. I have photos, I have the purchase note. I am not a light person. And I did not like his hints about my care with that feed. I bought two packages. However, only one was contaminated. The other does not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora a loja tenha bons preços o atendimento é MUITO ruim, principalmente via WhatsApp. Certa vez APENAS PERGUNTEI se a loja de Bonsucesso poderia cobrir o preço de um medicamento que estava mais barato em outra loja da própria rede (Planeta Pet) o vendedor simplesmente não respondeu a pergunta, ele respondeu outras perguntas que fiz, porém a simples pergunta sobre a possibilidade de cobrir o preço não foi respondida. Insisti perguntando outras 3 vezes e mesmo assim não respondeu. Infelizmente a qualidade de atendimento e treinamento dos funcionários é muito ruim. Como prezo pela qualidade no serviço, já deixei de comprar muitas vezes por causa do atendimento, apenas em raríssimas situações compro nessa loja (somente quando não encontro em NENHUM outro lugar e não tenho tempo para ir a outro Pet comprar o que preciso). Por essas questões NÃO recomendo essa loja Planeta Pet Bonsucesso. Obs.: Essa não foi a primeira vez que fui mal atendida nessa loja. Cabe ressaltar, que APENAS PERGUNTEI se havia a possibilidade de fazer o mesmo preço. Em nenhum momento questionei a particularidade de preços de cada loja ou "solicitei" que cobrissem o preço da outra loja, como disse, Apenas Perguntei SE Poderiam fazer o mesmo preço. Entendo Perfeitamente que lojas de grupos associados nem sempre praticam a mesma oferta. No entanto, parece que a simples pergunta foi uma ofensa, pois a partir disso não responderam mais o meu contato. Por isso, hoje, a minha avaliação para essa loja é de apenas 1 estrela, haja vista não terem o cuidado no trato com o cliente.

For these reasons I DO NOT recommend this Planeta Pet Bonsucesso store. Note: This wasn't the first time I've been underserved at this store. It should be noted that I JUST ASKED if there was the possibility of making the same price. At no point did I question the particularity of the prices of each store or "request" them to cover the price of the other store, as I said, I just asked IF they could do the same price. I fully understand that associated group stores do not always offer the same offer. However, it seems that the simple question was an offense, as my contact has not been answered since then. So, today, my rating for this store is only 1 star, given that they are not careful in dealing with the customer.
