Entrei em contato com a Amil e realizei a aquisição sem nenhum problema. DESDE O DIA 11/06 NAP DEPOSITARAM O VALOR DE ESTORNO E NÃO ME RESPONDEM COM RELAÇÃO AO OUTRO PLANO. Espero que eu não tenha sido enganada...porque não entendo muito bem sobre como é o procedimento de esperar a vigência pra ter o plano em mãos (pagando um mês sem ter o direito de usar nada e nem ao menos um número do plano pra usar na emergência).
I acquired two plans paid on the day of acquisition, but a few days later it was informed that one of them (the dental one) did not attend RJ. I contacted Amil and made the acquisition without any problem. SINCE 6/11 NAP DEPOSITED THE VALUE OF REFUNDS AND DO NOT RESPOND TO ME ABOUT THE OTHER PLAN. I hope that I have not been deceived ... because I do not quite understand how it is the procedure of waiting for the term to have the plan in hand (paying a month without having the right to use anything and not even a number of the plan to use in the emergency).
