★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço de atendimento. Agendada consulta às 10h e as 11h15 ainda não fui atendido. Questionei o horário e a recepção não soube informar. Disse que sempre é lotado. Paguei R$250 por uma consulta oftalmológica particular. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUPER RECOMENDO!!! Se demora ? Sim demora porque o Dr. Nao faz diferença entre particular e convênios e faz uma consulta minunciosa em cada paciente. Falo cada paciente porque hoje passo minha familía toda. Quanto a recepção e atendimento nunca tive problrmas e tudo o que ela pode fazer para ajudar faz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O profissional é muito bom mas o atendimento é péssimo. Para marcar a atendente te deixa mais de 10 minutos na linha, isso quando volta para atender. Aconteceu comigo e eu estava lá quando ela fez a mesma coisa com outra pessoa. Isso quando não deixa o telefone fora do gancho e vai fazer outras coisas.
Se marcar um horário vá preparado. É no mínimo 1 hora de atraso nos melhores dias. Já cheguei a ficar das 16 horas às 18:20.
A recepcionista vive de mau humor. Parece dona da clínica e por vezes chega a ser bastante ríspida.
