★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Procurei o salão pessoalmente e, depois de esperar, percebi que não poderiam atender naquele momento então, solicitei agendamento. Fui agendada para o mesmo dia, num horário mais tarde. Retornei com 10 minutos de antecedência para atendimento, havia agendado manicure e pedicure. Cheguei ao local, várias clientes entravam e saiam, pessoas frequentes, com liberdade pra adentrar os locais de atendimento. Tempo passou, o horário do meu atendimento também. Questionei ao recepcionista sobre meu horário , mais uma vez ele foi até a sala q suponho ser de atendimento e repetiu o aviso; a cliente esta aguardando. Pedi previsão de quanto tempo ainda demoraria pois, eu estava aguardando há 30 minutos. Pediram mais 5 minutos. Aguardei! Nada!!! Injuriada com tamanha falta de respeito desisti. Respeito ao cliente é fundamental! Se não querem novos clientes, melhor não agendar.
Bad experience! I searched the salon in person and, after waiting, I realized that they could not attend at that moment, so I asked for an appointment. I was scheduled for the same day, at a later time. I returned 10 minutes in advance for treatment, I had scheduled a manicure and pedicure. I arrived at the place, several customers came and went, frequent people, with freedom to enter the service places. Time passed, the time of my service too. I asked the receptionist about my schedule, once again he went to the room I suppose to be the attendant and repeated the warning; the client is waiting. I asked for a forecast of how much time it would take because I had been waiting for 30 minutes. They asked for another 5 minutes. I waited! Anything!!! Injured with such lack of respect, I gave up. Respect for the customer is essential! If you don't want new customers, better not schedule.

Da outra vez meu atendimento começou atrasado e tive que pedir a manicure para por gentileza colocar a máscara. Da segunda vez, cheguei no meu horário e a pessoa que estava marcada pra mim tinha acabado de começar a atender outra cliente (???). Clientes e profissionais sem máscara, com máscara no queixo ou sem tampar o nariz. O salão é bonito, tem sempre música rolando mas o atendimento não é legal. Dei o feedback pelo WhatsApp e nem resposta tive.
Bad experience for the second time already. Lack of punctuality, lack of satisfaction and I realize that there is little care with COVID. The other time my service started late and I had to ask the manicurist to please put the mask on. The second time, I arrived on my schedule and the person who was scheduled for me had just started seeing another client (???). Clients and professionals without a mask, with a mask on the chin or without covering the nose. The hall is beautiful, there is always music playing but the service is not great. I gave feedback through WhatsApp and I didn't have any response.

Poorly educated employees, with no preparation for customer service. They urgently need training.
My nails were done by an unqualified intern and they were terrible.
