★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior pós venda que já vi na minha vida, comprei uma capinha 360 para meu S9+ na primeira vez que precisei retirar o aparelho da capa ela descolou na parte frontal demonstrando uma falta de qualidade total do produto fui até o local para relatar o acontecido a vendedora demonstrando uma arrogância fora do comum disse que não Iria trocar pq era mau uso sem nem ao menos ter visto qual era o defeito, uma má vontade e falta de respeito com o cliente.
Não recomendo esse lugar para ninguém e outro detalhe não me entregaram a nota fiscal do produto esse lugar não tem um pingo de consideração por seus clientes.
The worst post sale I've ever seen in my life, I bought a 360 cover for my S9+ the first time I needed to remove the device from the cover it took off on the front showing a lack of total quality of the product I went to the site to report what happened to saleswoman showing an unusual arrogance said she would not change because it was misuse without even having seen what the defect was, an unwillingness and lack of respect for the customer.
I don't recommend this place to anyone and another detail didn't give me the invoice for the product, this place doesn't have an ounce of consideration for its customers.
