★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não gostei nem um pouquinho, te fazem pagar por uma aula experimental e se você não puder ir simplesmente agem como se fosse um problema só seu.
Isso porque eu ainda mandei mensagem avisando que não poderia comparecer, a resposta que tive foi se quiser remarcar terá que pagar novamente.
Quando eu procuro um lugar para praticar algo, o mínimo que eu espero é ser bem atendida, serem cordial comigo.
Poor service, I didn't like it one bit, they make you pay for a trial class and if you can't go, they just act like it's your problem.
That's because I still sent a message saying I could not attend, the answer I got was if you want to reschedule you will have to pay again.
When I look for a place to practice something, the least I expect is to be well attended, to be cordial with me.
