Unlike other posts of the Federal Police, the service in Petrópolis was sensational, we were super well attended by the two employees who were in the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca aparece hora para agendar renovação de passaporte. Fui diretamente ao posto e me informaram que só poderia ser feito mediante a agendamento e que as datas abririam no sistema toda terça-feira após as 08:30AM o que não ocorreu. Temos um posto em Petrópolis que realmente não funciona.
There is never a time to schedule a passport renewal. I went directly to the post and I was informed that it could only be done by appointment and that the dates would open in the system every Tuesday after 08:30 AM which did not happen. We have a gas station in Petrópolis that doesn't really work.
