★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento inexistente, fui até a loja para comprar uma escova rotativa, porém não fui atendida sendo que não tinha nenhum cliente na loja, e três atendentes tirando selfie, e nenhum deles nem olharam na minha cara, nem perguntaram se precisava de algo, nem um boa tarde, me ignoraram totalmente , tive que ir na loja do Bauru Shopping para conseguir comprar o produto. Realmente decepcionante, não voltarei nunca mais.
 Nonexistent service, I went to the store to buy a rotating brush, but I was not answered since there was no customer in the store, and three attendants taking selfie, and none of them neither looked in my face, nor asked if I needed anything, not one good afternoon, totally ignored me, I had to go to Bauru Shopping store to be able to buy the product. Really disappointing, I will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedora Danielle é super atenciosa e super prestativa. Pelo que percebi faz pouco tempo que trabalha lá. Percebi que nunca tinha feito um embrulho de presente para uma frigideira flavor Stone, e a mesma pediu ajuda aos colegas que estavam trabalhando no caixa para ajudá-la, mas foi obrigada a ouvir de um dos colegas que já estava na hora de aprender. Enfim, não foram empáticos, foram resolver outras questões de outro cliente que apareceu e deixou a menina na mão. Minha irmã atravessou o balcão e foi ajudá-la com o embrulho, pra se ter uma ideia...e os outros dois nem aí. Ela ficou bem desconcertada por não conseguir embrulhar direito e até se desculpou.
Então, quando forem comprar lá, comprem com a Danielle! ?
E aos outros dois, só peço que tenham um pouco mais de empatia e ajudem os colegas independente das vezes que já ensinaram, pois nem sempre um tem a habilidade e facilidade que o outro tem.
Seller Danielle is super attentive and super helpful. From what I understand it's been a while since you've been working there. I realized that I had never made a gift wrap for a Flavor Stone skillet, and she asked the colleagues who were working at the cashier to help her, but was forced to hear from one of the colleagues that it was time to learn. Anyway, they weren't empathetic, they went to solve other issues of another client who showed up and let the girl down. My sister crossed the counter and went to help her with the package, to get an idea... and the other two didn't care. She was quite disconcerted at not being able to wrap it properly and even apologized.
So, when you go shopping there, shop with Danielle! ?
And to the other two, I just ask that they have a little more empathy and help their colleagues regardless of the times they've taught, because one doesn't always have the skill and ease that the other has.
