I just brought a wapore clean easy. Today it slmost explode i now it breaks the 1 year repair but they sold me a used one as it was new the hose was half part missing the heat protection and most the wires not attached like it sould be. Else they some good products just be you but let them show you the inside engine and all if looks like some been there they have. And can your support maybe learn English?
