I called the store to get info on products I'd like to buy, and the salesperson said I should send a message to their store whatsapp. I did it for ONE WEEK and didn't have any real support. It's really frustrating how different the service level is in this store compared to other RL's I've been to. I'll likely never buy anything in this store anymore. And all this considering that I already knew the size and products I wanted, and just wanted to confirm options of colors. They really lost a client.
