★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar anotado aqui o meu elevado grau de satisfação com todo o atendimento dispensado a mim pela empresa Poloar de Santos desde o primeiro contato com as Srtas Natália e Denise ( Vendedora e Recepcionista da Loja ) que prontamente tiraram todas minhas dúvidas e questionamentos em relação aos diversos produtos e opções para a minha necessidade. Para essa decisão foi também levado em conta a visita técnica feita pelo técnico Bruno, que posteriormente fez a instalação de forma estritamente profissional, atenciosa, caprichosa e técnica como se estivesse fazendo um serviço para ele mesmo.
Tenho assim uma total satisfação com o negócio realizado com a empresa desde o primeiro contato até a instalação, num mercado extremamente competitivo e numa cidade como Santos onde este serviço de refrigeração é essencial e muitas empresas não entregam devidamente o que foi vendido, aliado a isso os preços que foram imbatíveis em relação a concorrência.

I would like to note here my high degree of satisfaction with all the service given to me by the company Poloar de Santos since the first contact with Miss Natália and Denise (Salesperson and Receptionist of the Store) who promptly took all my doubts and questions regarding to the various products and options for my needs. This decision also took into account the technical visit made by technician Bruno, who subsequently installed the installation in a strictly professional, attentive, capricious and technical manner as if he were doing a service for himself.
I am therefore completely satisfied with the business carried out with the company from the first contact to the installation, in an extremely competitive market and in a city like Santos where this refrigeration service is essential and many companies do not properly deliver what was sold, coupled with that the prices that were unbeatable compared to the competition.

Atendimento fantástico por todos na loja (especialmente pela Denise que me atendeu, passou os orçamentos, ainda deu toda assistência até a entrega e instalação) , o pessoal que fez a entrega também muito atencioso e prestativo! Great!! Fantastic service by everyone in the store (especially by Denise who attended me, passed the quotes, even gave all assistance until delivery and installation), the staff who made the delivery also very attentive and helpful! The equipment was delivered quickly, even before the deadline!
The installation made by Bruno and the team was perfect !! Attentive, punctual, polite, they did all the work with great care !! Sensational!! Very good!!
