★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência. Pela reputação, fiz uma pedra da cozinha, apesar de ser mais caro que outras lojas. Me pediram pagamento integral antecipado e depois da medição, caso houvesse alguma alteração, me comunicariam. Mediram e não falaram nada sobre acréscimos. Quando me entregaram, no prazo super longo, as medidas estavam completamente diferentes e não veio uma peça dizendo que eu tinha solicitado cancelamento! Ao entrar em contato com a loja, um funcionário disse que eu não tinha feito o pagamento, por isso cancelaram. Sendo que ninguém entrou em contato! Depois ninguém mais quis falar comigo. Consegui contato do gerente que pediu pix pra fazer pedido novamente. Na entrega depois de novo longo prazo, veio errada a medida de novo. Eles disseram que mandariam uma pessoa lixar. 30 dias depois, me avisaram que iriam na próxima 2a. Não apareceram, não deram satisfação e uma semana depois surgiram sem avisar. E falaram que não poderiam mais lixar, pois já estava no lugar.
Simplesmente nunca mais compro lá nem recomendo. Muito estressante.
I had a bad experience. By reputation, I made a kitchen stone, despite being more expensive than other stores. They asked me to pay in full in advance and after the measurement, if there were any changes, they would let me know. They measured and said nothing about additions. When they delivered it to me, in the super long term, the measurements were completely different and there was no part saying that I had requested cancellation! When contacting the store, an employee said that I hadn't made the payment, so they canceled. So no one got in touch! Then no one wanted to talk to me anymore. I got contact from the manager who asked for pix to order again. On delivery after a long time, the measurement was wrong again. They said they would send someone to sand. 30 days later, they told me they would go on the next 2nd. They didn't show up, they didn't give satisfaction and a week later they showed up without warning. And they said they couldn't sand anymore, because it was already in place.
I will never shop there again or recommend. Very stressful.
