★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total descaso com seus clientes, se eu podesse dar -1000 eu daria para a porcaria do serviço prestado pelo mesmo. O suporte técnico aparentemente só trabalha 1 pessoa e possuem 4 telefones liguei mais de 40 vezes sem sucesso e fui obrigado a ligar para outra filial para poder conseguir abrir uma ordem de atendimento sem sucesso também. Mas vejam só o tamanho do descaso, mudei de residência para 20m a mais da que morava e 2 dias antes de me mudar solicitei a alteração e os mesmos vieram mais de 15 dias depois fazer a ligação, fui obrigado a me dirigir lá 4 vezes para ter algum posicionamento ou no caso ser enrolado até o dia em que eles quiseram. Marcaram o atendimento 13:20~13:30 e já são 16h além de não cumprirem com o combinado e não vierem, não deram nenhum posicionamento nem atendem o celular. Pra entrar em contato com a filial de Itaberaba tenho que ligar pra filial de Salvador pra pedirem pra ligar pra mim.

Total disregard for your customers, if I could give -1000 I would give to the crap of the service provided by it. The tech support apparently only works 1 person and they have 4 phones I called more than 40 times unsuccessfully and was forced to call another branch in order to be able to open an unsuccessful service order as well. But look at the size of the neglect, I moved to 20m more than I lived and 2 days before moving I requested the change and they came more than 15 days after making the call, I was forced to drive there 4 times to have some positioning or in the case be rolled up until the day they wanted. They scheduled the service 13: 20 ~ 13: 30 and it is already 16h and do not comply with the agreed and do not come, did not give any positioning or answer the phone. To contact the branch of Itaberaba I have to call the branch of Salvador to ask to call me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa presta serviço de péssima qualidade, pois ficamos sem internet, as vezes tem mas só abre mensagens de texto do zap e mais nada! Comunicação com o cliente é muito ruim para uma empresa de comunicação, e visitas técnicas meramente paliativas!!!! Super insatisfeito!!!! Quanto a nota, não tem como ser menor, por isto o 1. Principalmente pelos maus tratos ao seu maior patrimônio, as pessoas (clientes).
The company provides poor quality service, as we run out of internet, sometimes it does but it only opens text messages from zap and nothing else! Communication with the customer is very bad for a communication company, and technical visits are merely palliative !!!! Super dissatisfied !!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O custo-benefício da internet (quando ela funciona) em si já é ruim, mas é aceitável considerando o padrão oferecido na cidade, porém quando a internet não está funcionando (acredite não é raro acontecer) fica evidente as deficiências dessa "empresa"; os canais de atendimento são ruins, os atendentes igualmente e o suporte nem se pode comentar por que é como se ele nem existisse. Para não dizer que eu só falei mal, o cancelamento por telefone foi muito eficaz e sem burocracias, realmente o setor que melhor funciona na empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pelo Whatsapp é demorado e não é dada atenção devida ao cliente. Demora cerca de 2 dias para você pedir para solucionarem o problema. Para arrumar, levam mais 5 dias. O atendimento é de péssima qualidade e, pelo que se vê, é uma empresa bastante amadora. Não indico para quem queira uma internet estável. A velocidade de internet é boa, mas cai muito durante o mês.
The service through Whatsapp is time consuming and the customer is not given due attention. It takes about 2 days for you to ask them to fix the problem. To fix it, it takes another 5 days.
