★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui enganado. Transferi o valor de R$ 1.001,00 para reserva o veiculo e com a promessa do dono que caso desse algo errado devolveria o dinheiro. Quando levei os documentos ao banco para financiar o modelo Kangoo não podia ser financiado pelo valor solicitado pela Ponto Leste visto que na tabela do banco não existia o veiculo com esse valor. Os valores que apareciam eram na faixa de 10 mil abaixo do pedido pelo proprietário da loja. No dia 13/05, no qual estive a loja e fiz a negociação o profissional do credito que me atendeu na loja consulto e viu que não era possível financiar o valor e não disse nada e mesmo assim solicitou a transferência do valor para reserva, o que fiz imediatamente. O valor do veiculo que aparece para o banco é de no máximo R$ 24.000 mil e não R$ 32.900,00. Assim que reportei a situação via whatsapp os mesmo apenas visualizam e não respondem. Informei na sexta, 14/05 o ocorrido no banco que tenho relacionamento e os mesmo ofereceram financiamento com taxas abusivas o que não aceitei e no dia 15/05 solicitei a devolução do valor transferido via Pix para a conta da empresa, Banco Santander, ag 0229, conta corrente 130034985, razão Ponto Leste Veículos Ltda ME, cnpj 28.931.840/0001-97. No momento que estive na loja e fiz o pix não foi oferecido nenhum contrato de compra e venda do veiculo ou recibo do valor transferido.

The value of the vehicle that appears to the bank is a maximum of R $ 24,000 thousand and not R $ 32,900.00. As soon as I reported the situation via whatsapp they just view and do not respond. On Friday, 05/14 I reported what happened at the bank that I have a relationship with and they offered financing at abusive rates which I did not accept and on 05/15 I requested the return of the amount transferred via Pix to the company account, Banco Santander, ag 0229, checking account 130034985, Ponto Leste Veículos Ltda ME reason, 28.931.840 / 0001-97. At the time I was at the store and made the pix, no purchase or sale contract for the vehicle or receipt of the transferred amount was offered.
