★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, já está indo pra 2 meses que estão enrolando, faz 1 mês que assinei contrato com o banco; o banco já pagou e não me entregaram o carro até agora. Só enrola falando que estava no mecânico e tudo mais... Nunca mais volto a fazer negócio. Péssima experiência com essa loja ! Ninguém atende o telefone, e quando atende é história atrás de história.
Bad experience, it's been going on for 2 months now, it's been 1 month since I signed a contract with the bank; the bank has already paid and they haven't delivered my car so far. I just go around saying that I was at the mechanic and everything... I'll never do business again. Bad experience with this store! No one answers the phone, and when they do, it's story after story.

Comprei um veículo nesta loja, o retirei dia 13 de OUTUBRO de 2021, na mesma semana entrei em contato pois o veículo estava com problemas mecânicos ( embreagem, câmbio, carro estava sem ar condicionado, e houve a reposição de água 14 vezes) entrei em contato com a loja diversas vezes, a qual atendeu meu pedido de reparos após 3 meses, mais especificamente dia 25 de JANEIRO de 2022. A retirada do carro da oficina foi dia 09 de JANEIRO de 2022, onde o carro estava com a pintura completamente respingada ( Provavelmente foi feito a pintura de um veículo branco, próximo ao meu) E mais uma vez a loja se isentou do problema e ignorou minha reclamação. E por fim, mas não menos importante, dia 18 de janeiro eu efetuei o pagamento total do documento do veículos (ipva), onde constava multas no valor de 631,39, provenientes do período anterior a minha retirada do veículo da loja, a qual, até o momento dia 15 de MARÇO de 2022, não tive nenhum respaldo. Descrevi brevemente minha maravilhosa experiência com a loja Estancia Multimarcas, e gostaria também de agradecer imensamente ao vendedor Lucas, que me prestou um excelente pós atendimento, tão excelente que estou aqui, agradecendo publicamente. Então, pra finalizar, se vc está pensando em comprar nessa loja, e está a procura de ter um derrame e/ou se estressar, este é o lugar certo. OBRIGADA ESTANCIA MULTIMARCAS ?
Excellent store for sale, terrible after sales. I bought a vehicle in this store, I picked it up on OCTOBER 13, 2021, in the same week I got in touch because the vehicle had mechanical problems (clutch, gearbox, car was without air conditioning, and water was replenished 14 times) I got in I contacted the store several times, which answered my repair request after 3 months, more specifically on JANUARY 25, 2022. The car was removed from the workshop on JANUARY 09, 2022, where the car had the paint completely splattered (It was probably painted on a white vehicle, next to mine) And once again the store exempted itself from the problem and ignored my complaint. And last but not least, on January 18th I made the full payment of the vehicle document (ipva), which contained fines in the amount of 631.39, from the period prior to my removal of the vehicle from the store, which , until the 15th of MARCH 2022, I had no support. I briefly described my wonderful experience with the Estancia Multimarcas store, and I would also like to thank the seller Lucas immensely, who provided me with an excellent after service, so excellent that I am here, publicly thanking you. So, finally, if you're thinking about buying from this store, and you're looking to have a stroke and/or stress, this is the right place. THANK YOU BRAND RESORT ?
