★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minhas experiências negativas comecaram pelas máquinas de auto atendimento que não funcionam. Estão sempre com uma placa dizendo que a máquina "está descansando". Depois vi que o cardápio é clonado do KFC mas é mais caro que o concorrente que o "inspirou", por exemplo com um refrigerante de refil por 12 reais, sem opção de comprar sem ser refil. Uma paulada. Não bastasse tudo isso, demorou 40 minutos para meu pedido ficar pronto. Quando chegou, um frango igual ao do KFC, uma quantia mirrada de batata frita temperada cujo tempero não faz diferença e um cabelo no frango. Resumo da ópera: continue no original KFC mesmo - mais barato, mais rápido e com a mesma qualidade média de produtos.
 My negative experiences started with the self-service machines that did not work. They always have a sign that the machine is "resting". Later I saw that the menu is cloned of the KFC but it is more expensive than the competitor who inspired it, for example with a refill for 12 reais, with no option to buy without being refill. A beat. It was not enough, it took 40 minutes for my order to be ready. When it arrived, a chicken just like the KFC, an odd amount of seasoned fries whose seasoning makes no difference and a hair on the chicken. Opera Summary: Continue in the original KFC even - cheaper, faster and with the same average quality of products.

Quando inaugurado era maravilhoso agr tá péssimo. Batata fria murcha.
O nome não chama no painel, os funcionários ficam gritando. O pessoal de entrega do delivery esperando muito.

o atendente foi bastante atencioso comigo, se esperei meu pedido por 10min foi muito. Sem contar que veio tudo certinho, bem caprichado ?
Esse lanche da foto é um super combo promocional com 5 itens (lanche, batata, free refil, molho e 2 iscas de frango), valeu super a pena ?

I can't say the same about the fries since they had been served totally cold - dissatisfied, disappointed and probably won't eat again at this place. Guarulhos International shopping centre offers good choice of other foods, therefore will skip this one every time... sorry, can't really recommend.
