levei meu computador para avaliar pois estava com a tela comecando a desencaixar, na minha frente ele descolou toda a tela da carcaça sem antes me perguntar. Só isso já seria problema suficiente pois teria que pagar alguém para colar depois, porém quando fez isso quebrou a tela do meu computador que antes estava intacta. Quando entrei em contato disse que nao tinha sido ele, mas eu tenho certeza pois foi a única pessoa que mexeu. Se possível peçam para avaliar e gravem o que ele estiver fazendo ou não levem a este local. Muita irresponsabilidade me ocasionou um prejuízo de 1400 reais
Além do mais a assistência oficial da DELL é mais barata que eles e de qualidade muito superior

That alone would be enough of a problem because I would have to pay someone to paste later, but when I did that, my computer screen, which was previously intact, broke. When I got in touch he said it wasn't him, but I'm sure he was the only person who moved. If possible, ask to evaluate and record what he is doing or not take him to this place. A lot of irresponsibility caused me a loss of 1400 reais
Furthermore, official DELL assistance is cheaper than them and of much higher quality.

I live in the north of MG, I researched in the comments and it pleased me a lot. We agreed (attached photos of my notebook before), I sent my equipment by post and I was not disappointed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda fez que procuro a loja para reparo de notebook Lenovo, a primeira vez foi muito bom o atendimento e o reparo realizado, desta vez deixou a desejar, fizeram apenas um reparo nas dobradiças do notebook e sai com a tela do notebook toda descolada, apesar de reclamar no ato da retirada, me informaram que o descolamento era "estético", e caso quisesse poderiam abrir a tela para mostrar o reparo da "dobradiça" ou desfazer o serviço, fiz o pagamento e deixei para lá, mas tive que levar a outra assistência para fazer o reparo da tela descolada.

Em meu caso específico, realizaram uma avaliação sem custos e, ao identificarem possíveis riscos em uma ação de reparo, se recusaram a realizar ações que poderiam prejudicar meu notebook.
