★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomem muito cuidado ao fazer qualquer negócio com essa empresa. Não respondem emails e não atendem telefone. Só entram em contato com o cliente pra cobrança do aluguel. O contrato é extremamente abusivo e tem cláusulas absurdas, leiam tudo antes de assinar pra não caírem em cilada. Aluguei uma casa com vários problemas elétricos graves (que só descobri depois de me mudar), pela lei a casa jamais poderia ser alugada nessas condições. Pedimos várias vezes pra solucionarem os problemas, mas jamais fizeram qualquer esforço. Isso sem contar os problemas de hidráulica e infiltração. Só querem receber a taxa administrativa sem cumprir com o mínimo que deveriam. Até pra devolver as chaves foi uma dificuldade devido à cláusulas abusivas! Só passei raiva! Fora que quando você questiona esses absurdos os funcionários (alguns) e a dona (principalmente) são super mal preparados e educados. Pena que não tem como avaliar com estrela negativa, pois é o que merecem!
Resolvi editar pra complementar já que não posso responder a empresa. O que disse relacionado as cobranças é que todas elas chegam na data certa. Nunca se esquecem ou atrasam a cobrança. E até mandam e-mail avisando quantos dias faltam pro vencimento do pagamento , mesmo que você nunca tenha deixado de pagar corretamente.
Em relação a ligações, várias e várias vezes liguei e ficaram de retornar e não retornavam nem no dia seguinte. Já aos emails, tenho um ano de e-mails ignorados pela empresa. É só ver as avaliações aqui e vai perceber que o pós vendas de vocês é péssimo!
Sei bem sobre a lei do inquilinato e dos meus direitos e vendo agora acho que deveria ter recorrido a ela ao invez de me estressar tentando contato com vocês inúmeras vezes! E o contrato visa resguardar somente a empresa, quando toca pro lado de vocês são bem rigorosos ,mas pra cumprirem a parte de vocês seguindo a mesma lei vocês enrolam e fazem vista grossa. O único funcionário que me atendeu de forma extremamente educada e tentou resolver alguma coisa foi o João. Enfim, resolvi deixar o meu feedback pra vocês terem noção de que esse tipo de postura pega muito mal pra empresa, de nada adianta ter corretores educados se quando você precisa resolver um problema que é dever da imobiliária como admistradora resolver, eles simplesmente te ignoram e fica por isso mesmo. Espero que mudem a postura, pois não desejo que ninguém passe o que eu passei alugando com essa imobiliária!
Take great care when doing any business with that company. They do not answer emails and do not answer the phone. They only contact the customer to collect the rent. Too bad there is no way to evaluate with negative star, because it is what they deserve!
I decided to edit to complement it since I can't answer the company. What I said related to the charges is that they all arrive on time. They never forget or delay collection. And they even send you an e-mail telling you how many days are left until the payment is due, even if you have never failed to pay correctly.
Regarding calls, several times and several times I called and were left to return and did not return even the next day. As for emails, I have a year of emails ignored by the company. Just look at the reviews here and you will notice that your post sales are terrible!
I know well about the tenancy law and my rights and seeing now I think I should have resorted to it instead of stressing me out trying to contact you countless times! And the contract aims to safeguard only the company, when it touches your side they are very strict, but to fulfill your part following the same law you wrap up and turn a blind eye. The only employee who attended to me in an extremely polite way and tried to solve something was João. Anyway, I decided to leave my feedback so that you can realize that this type of attitude is very bad for the company, there is no point in having educated brokers if when you need to solve a problem that is the duty of the real estate agency as an administrator to solve, they simply ignore you and that's it. I hope they change their posture, because I don't want anyone to spend what I spent renting with this real estate company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te enganam pra conseguir assinar o contrato, mas quando entregam o apto está cheio de defeitos. Aconteceu em um contrato que eu estava envolvido, marcaram de voltar pra arrumar, já tem mais de 6 meses e nada. Ainda fazem hora com sua cara.
Edit: quase um ano depois, procuraram o ex contratante para acertar o que havia faltado
They deceive you to sign the contract, but when they deliver the apartment is full of defects. It happened in a contract that I was involved, they scheduled to come back to fix it, it's been more than 6 months and nothing. They still make time with your face.

Informações desencontradas , tendenciosas, sem fundamento e sem racionalidade. Ao contratar, te tratam com respeito e atenção. Mas ao ser cliente de fato, subestimam a sua inteligência.
Terrible attendance. I am a renter and I regret having closed a contract, not for the apartment, but for the service of the contracts sector (Attendant and supervisor). Mismatched, biased, baseless and unreasonable information. When hiring, they treat you with respect and attention. But when you are a real customer, they underestimate your intelligence.
