Td já começa na partida, a viagem de mais 10hs em um ônibus que nem era semi leito, desorganização total e o responsável senhor Guilherme não soube lidar cm a situação e foi super mal educado
Chegamos na Guarda Embaú e tivemos que andar 2k cm mala pesada ate chegar na pousada (pousada que tbm era péssima)
O Guilherme estava bêbado todos os dias, ficamos sem água, quase sem energia....
O churrasco e a cervejada foi um fiasco.... mal tinha pra todos
Os passeios saíram cm atraso, andamos feito uns camelo ( por falta de orientação) e nesse perrengue todo Guilherme estava bêbado mal se aguentava em pé
Pagamos caro por uma viagem de merda, meu ano novo entro cm mto estresse por decorrência do descaso e da péssima desorganização dessa trip.... já viajei cm outras e nunca tinha passado por isso
Worst trip ever! Worst New Year of my life!
Td already starts at the departure, the trip of more than 10 hours in a bus that was not even semi-bed, total disorganization and the responsible Mr. Guilherme did not know how to deal with the situation and was super rude
We arrived at Guarda Embaú and had to walk 2k in a heavy suitcase until we arrived at the inn (inn that was also terrible)
Guilherme was drunk every day, we ran out of water, almost without energy ...
The barbecue and the beer was a fiasco .... there was hardly any for everyone
The tours were delayed, we walked like a camel (for lack of guidance) and in this mess all Guilherme was drunk, he could hardly stand
We paid dearly for a shitty trip, my new year I get into a lot of stress due to the neglect and the disorganized disorganization of this trip .... I have traveled with others and never had it

Durante a volta o guia comprou cerveja e ficou completamente bebado no onibus, e o pior, algumas pessoas beberam e fumaram na CABINE DO MOTORISTA, colocando em risco a segurança de todos os viajantes. Foi uma das piores viagens que fiz na minha vida, não recomendo.
Poor service, nothing professional. The person responsible for the trip, the person in charge has nothing. On the way back, the guide bought beer and was completely drunk on the bus, and worse, some people drank and smoked in the DRIVER'S CABIN, putting the safety of all travelers at risk. It was one of the worst trips I took in my life, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, não recomendo nem pras inimigas! Estragaram nossa virada de ano!! Passando frio mais de 12 horas na ida e na volta, pois a manta prometida pelo guia não tinha no nosso ônibus. Guia extremamente grosso, respondia mal para todo mundo que questionava sobre os problemas e se embriagou todas as noites, lamentável! Os avisos eram dados em cima da hora quando dados, o mar cheio de água-viva e o guia nem alertou. Tivemos que andar 2km do estacionamento do ônibus até a pousada todos os dias, tivemos que carregar as malas nas costas durante o trajeto quando chegamos, teve colega que teve a mala danificada por conta disso. Fomos deixados a mais de 2km de distância no passeio da Praia do Rosa e nem fomos informados do morro imenso que tinha que subir pra chegar lá, teve colega da terceira idade que passou mal no trajeto, não teve qualquer assistência. O churrasco com open bar prometido não durou metade da festa, cerveja quente e um espetinho por pessoa, vergonhoso, fizemos uma vaquinha entre amigos para não passar o mesmo perrengue na Ceia de ano novo. Faltou água no hostel desde o primeiro dia, na pousada no segundo dia começou a faltar água também, teve colega que virou o ano sem conseguir tomar um banho, no fim começaram a usar a piscina para banho e descarga do banheiro, uma humilhação. Nosso quarto da pousada tinha barata e o chuveiro queimado desde o primeiro dia, passamos a viagem tomando banho gelado sem ninguém resolver nada. Venderam mais lugares do que tinha no hostel, teve colega que precisou brigar pra ter uma cama improvisada na sala do hostel, teve cama improvisada embaixo da escada, gente, um descaso total, até o motorista teve que ameaçar ir embora pra conseguir uma cama pra dormir. Pedimos para sair mais cedo na volta para não pegar trânsito, fomos ignorados, conclusão chegamos em SP meia noite sem transporte público, todos tiveram que desembolsar uber/99/táxi para ir pra casa. No fim, quando tudo já estava pra lá de perdido o guia bloqueou o grupo para que ninguém mais reclamasse e só ele falasse. Concluindo, viagem com a Positive NUNCA MAIS. Fico em casa assistindo Netflix, mas NÃO VIAJO COM ELES MAIS!!!!
Bad experience, I don't even recommend it to enemies! They spoiled our New Year !! Passing cold more than 12 hours on the way and the return, because the blanket promised by the guide did not have on our bus. Extremely thick guide, answered badly to everyone who questioned about the problems and got drunk every night, regrettable! Warnings were given in the nick of time when given, the sea filled with jellyfish and the guide didn't even alert. We had to walk 2km from the bus parking lot to the inn every day, we had to carry our bags on our backs when we arrived, there was a colleague who had his suitcase damaged because of that. We were left more than 2km away on the Praia do Rosa promenade and we were not even informed of the immense hill that had to go up to get there, there was a colleague of the third age who was ill on the way, there was no assistance. The barbecue with the promised open bar did not last half the party, hot beer and a skewer per person, shameful, we made a kitty among friends not to spend the same fuss over New Year's Supper. There was no water at the hostel since the first day, at the hostel on the second day there was also a lack of water, there was a colleague who turned the year around without being able to take a shower, in the end they started using the pool for bathing and flushing the bathroom, a humiliation. Our hostel room had a cockroach and the shower burned from the first day, we spent the trip taking a cold shower without anyone resolving anything. They sold more places than they had at the hostel, they had a colleague who had to fight to have a makeshift bed in the hostel room, there was a makeshift bed under the stairs, people, total neglect, even the driver had to threaten to leave to get a bed for to sleep. We asked to leave early on the way back so as not to catch traffic, we were ignored, we arrived in SP at midnight without public transport, everyone had to pay uber / 99 / taxi to go home. In the end, when everything was beyond lost, the guide blocked the group so that no one else complained and only he spoke. In conclusion, a trip with Positive NEVER MORE. I stay at home watching Netflix, but I DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM anymore !!!!
