★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi bom no passado, na verdade há mais de 10 anos atrás, isto porque, é nítido que não se tem investimento algum no local!! A mesma estrutura, móveis, área de lazer, camas, etc... De mais de 10 anos atrás, parece que o proprietário não se preocupa com seus clientes e hóspedes... Inclusive no dia 01/02/2020 tive uma decepção juntamente com minha família, o proprietário Sr. Joel me destratou e foi bem insisivo, além de arrogante!! Entrei em contato com o Sr. Joel e fechamos um valor para usar a área de lazer, no entanto, ao final ele foi desrespeitoso dizendo que ultrapassamos o horário, em nenhum momento ele disse qual seria o horário, não me orientou quanto ao tempo de uso, alem de tudo eu não assinei documentoo nenhum dizendo o horário de permanência, qdo estava saindo para ir embora, me deparei com ele na recepção onde me tratou como dito anteriormente.... Estava acompanhando comigo minha família e meus pais (meu pai tem 67 anos e é deficiente sequelado de um AVC) e meu filho um bebê cardiopata, qdo o Joel me tratou desta forma minha família toda presenciava do carro! Não recomendo está hospedagem para ninguém, além de não receber investimento o senhor Joel proprietário não sabe tratar seus hóspedes!! Agora os funcionários são muito atenciosos e humildes, eles que deveriam tocar o negócio!! Procurem hospedagem no app Airbnb além de ser muito melhor localizados é bem mais em conta, lembrem-se vcs estão em Poços de Caldas pra visitar os pontos turísticos e a Pousada praia do Sol fica bem afastado de tudo!!
 It was good in the past, in fact more than 10 years ago, because, it is clear that there is no investment in the place !! The same structure, furniture, leisure area, beds, etc ... From more than 10 years ago, it seems that the owner does not care about his clients and guests ... Even on 02/01/2020 I had a disappointment together with my family, the owner Mr. Joel disliked me and was very insistent, as well as arrogant !! I got in touch with Mr. Joel and we closed a fee to use the leisure area, however, in the end he was disrespectful saying that we exceeded the time, he never said what the time would be, he did not advise me about the time of I use it, besides everything I didn’t sign a document saying the time of stay, when I was leaving to leave, I came across him at the reception where he treated me as said earlier .... I was accompanying my family and my parents (my father) is 67 years old and has a disability due to a stroke) and my son is a cardiac baby, when Joel treated me this way, my whole family witnessed the car! I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone, in addition to not receiving investment, Mr. Joel, the owner does not know how to treat his guests !! Now the employees are very attentive and humble, they should be running the business !! Look for accommodation in the Airbnb app, in addition to being much better located, it is much more affordable, remember you are in Poços de Caldas to visit the sights and the Pousada Praia do Sol is well away from everything !!

Concerteza voltarei lá. Com minha família muitas vezes .todos lá estão de parabéns. Dei 5estrela porque .amei o lugar é as pessoas .eu e minha família recomendo ..
A place to rest, very beautiful. Excellent employees the chalets very clean and smelling, my family and I really enjoyed having this weekend there. I'm sure I'll be back there. With my family many times. Everyone there is to be congratulated. I gave 5 stars because .i loved the place .i and my family recommend it ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é simples e bonito. A vista da represa vale a pena. É sossegado. Transmite paz. Se for "friento" leve cobertas extras. Faz muito frio... Café da manhã muito simples. Não tinha frutas e nem variedade... Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos.
The place is simple and beautiful. The view from the dam is worth it. It's quiet. It conveys peace. If it's "cold" bring extra blankets. It's very cold... Very simple breakfast. There was no fruit and no variety... Attentive and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acomodações gostosas e confortáveis. Pousada em contato direto com a natureza (represa bortolan na porta, e, serra de outro lado). Recepção e café da manhã acolhedores.
Nice and comfortable accommodation. Hostel in direct contact with nature (bortolan dam at the door, and mountains on the other side). Welcoming reception and breakfast.
