I left my tv there for 2 weeks and no work order was opened. Much less budget. I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por deixar meu climatizador Cadence a 1 ano , desde 04/2016, devolverem apos 1 ano, sem concerto, alegando que o Fabricante nao enviou peças.....
Entrei em contato com a Cadence pelo SAC ,alegou que nunca faltou peças, que o aparelho continua em linha ,em revenda, e que tem peças para reposiçao para qualquer assistencia!
For leaving my Cadence air conditioner to 1 year, since 04/2016, to return after 1 year, without concert, claiming that the Manufacturer did not send parts .....
I contacted Cadence at SAC, claimed that there was never a shortage of parts, that the device is still online, at resale, and that it has spare parts for any assistance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram 2 meses... isso mesmo meses para o conserto de um simples ferro elétrico na garantia (3 meses de uso). Sempre colocando a culpa na fábrica. Quando foi entregue, funcionou por 15 minutos e parou novamente!!!
It took 2 months ... that's exactly months for the repair of a simple electric iron under warranty (3 months of use). Always blaming the factory. When it was delivered, it worked for 15 minutes and stopped again !!!
