Os funcionários do setor de locação e demais com os quais tive contato sempre fizeram tudo para ajudar nas demandas que tivemos durante a vigência do contrato. Obrigado especialmente a Liliane, Lucia e Daniela, com quem tive mais contato durante esse período.
I was a tenant of a property with Precisão and just handed over the keys, after the end of the 30-month lease. Their service is excellent. The employees of the rental sector and others with whom I had contact always did everything to help with the demands that we had during the term of the contract. Thanks especially to Liliane, Lucia and Daniela, with whom I had more contact during this period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A administradora favorece o síndico do prédio e não cumpre o Código Civil que reza que os moradores/condôminos podem realizar Assembleias Extraordinárias quando insatisfeitos com a gestão do síndico. Um absurdo a forma como conduziram a situação no prédio em que sou proprietária. Bastante insatisfeita e farei reclamação em todos os canais vigentes.
The administrator favors the building manager and does not comply with the Civil Code which states that residents / joint owners can hold Extraordinary Meetings when dissatisfied with the management of the manager. It was absurd how they handled the situation in the building in which I own. Very dissatisfied and I will complain on all current channels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total falta de respeito dessa imobiliária. Marquei uma vista a um apartamento para 9:00. Chegando lá o corretor não estava. Aguardei por 5 min e mandei mensagem à imobiliária questionando se o corretor estava a caminho. Cerca de 20 min depois me responderam falando que ele teve um imprevisto e que não poderia comparecer.
Total lack of respect for this realtor. I made an appointment to see an apartment for 9:00. Arriving there the broker was not there. I waited for 5 minutes and sent a message to the realtor asking if the broker was on his way. About 20 minutes later they answered me saying that he had an unforeseen event and that he could not attend.
