Fechei um projeto em 26/04, os móveis chegaram no prazo combinado porém foi entregue COM PEÇAS QUEBRADAS, SUJAS, PORTA DO ARMÁRIO ARRANHADA, mal acabado,prateleiras e puxadores mal colocados ( total de 12 itens a serem reparados). Desde após a montagem foi solicitado reparo e hoje 06/08 não há previsão para resolução do problema.
 POOR QUALITY !! I closed a project on 26/04, the furniture arrived on time but was delivered with BROKEN, DIRTY PARTS, SCRATCHED CABINET, badly finished, shelves and misplaced handles (total of 12 items to be repaired). Since the assembly was requested repair and today 08/06 there is no forecast for resolution of the problem.

Bastou uma visita para nos convencerem a fazer a obra só para fazer os móveis com eles!
Já mereciam a indicação mas gora, com tudo feito, a indicação é fora de dúvidas.
Preço, condições, qualidade dos móveis, atendimento, atenção ao cliente, prazos, tudo foi excelente. Foram ótimas até mesmo as indicações de profissionais, que nem eram incumbências deles. Nenhum deu problema.
O Walmir e o Renan foram ótimos em tudo.

We had been wanting to do a renovation for months, but we were afraid of the work.
One visit was enough to convince us to do the work just to make the furniture with them!
They already deserved the nomination but now, with everything done, the nomination is beyond doubt.
Price, conditions, furniture quality, service, customer service, deadlines, everything was excellent. Even the indications of professionals were great, which were not even their responsibility. No problem.
Walmir and Renan were great at everything.
I highly recommend it!

Estávamos numa situação de aquisição de armários para cozinha com detalhes que algumas empresas disseram que seria possível entregar apenas em fevereiro/2022 e o prazo da Predilecta foi até antecipado. Nossas festas de fim de ano ficaram perfeitas depois da instalação dos armários. O Renan e o Walmir são super prestativos, atenciosos e não tivemos nenhum contratempo, apesar de termos fechado contrato em novembro os armários foram entregues e montados antes do prazo que nos passaram em dezembro/2021. Parabéns à equipe que é super show! Sucesso sempre! Em breve faremos o restante da casa!
Their service was just amazing! We were in a situation of acquiring kitchen cabinets with details that some companies said would only be possible to deliver in February/2022 and Predilecta's deadline was even anticipated. Our holiday parties were perfect after the cabinets were installed. Renan and Walmir are super helpful, attentive and we didn't have any setbacks, despite having closed a contract in November, the cabinets were delivered and assembled before the deadline that passed us in December/2021. Congratulations to the team that is super show! Success always! Soon we will do the rest of the house!

O atendimento na loja da Tijuca, posso dizer, que foi um dos melhores que já recebi. Renan teve muita paciência, tirando minhas dúvidas, fazendo as alterações que pedi, sempre muito atencioso. Mas, sobretudo o pós-venda, que costuma ser um problema na maioria dos lugares, foi excelente, sempre me atendendo com a mesma presteza e paciência. Por isso, faço questão aqui de deixar minha experiência e indicar a Predilecta da Tijuca.
I am very happy and satisfied with the furniture we made at Predilecta. They were stunning! It was excellent value for money, quality furniture, sophisticated and modern. The service at the Tijuca store, I can say, was one of the best I have ever received. Renan was very patient, clearing up my doubts, making the changes I asked for, always very attentive. But, above all, after-sales, which is usually a problem in most places, was excellent, always serving me with the same promptness and patience. Therefore, I make a point of leaving my experience here and recommending Predilecta da Tijuca.
