★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A portaria do meu prédio é administrada por essa empresa e de uma forma geral, eu particularmente, não os recomendo. Os principais pontos que me incomodam: 1) A portaria, não reconhece por contato visual por câmera o morador, e algumas vezes, demora mais que o aceitável a entrada do morador no prédio.
2) Os controles de entrada e saída falham e, no meu ponto de vista, existe uma "burrocracia" para sair do prédio, quando o controle não funciona, que soa desnecessária.
3) Testei algumas vezes os sistemas de segurança que prometem e nunca vi uma resposta efetiva. Me questiono se um dia a vigilância for necessária, com acionamento de medidas efetivas, ela funcionará.
4) Se o morador perder ou estiver sem o celular, ele não entrara no prédio com facilidade.
5) O custo/benefício do contrato é alto.
The entrance in my building is managed by this company and in general, I personally do not recommend them. The main points that bother me: 1) The reception does not recognize the resident by visual contact by camera, and sometimes, it takes longer than acceptable for the resident to enter the building.
2) The entry and exit controls fail and, in my view, there is a "bureaucracy" to get out of the building when the controls don't work, which sounds unnecessary.
3) I have tested the security systems that promise a few times and have never seen an effective response. I wonder if surveillance is ever needed, with the triggering of effective measures, will it work.
4) If the resident loses or is without the cell phone, he will not enter the building easily.
5) The cost/benefit of the contract is high.
