★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mae marcou uma consulta para as 12:00, chegamos meia hora antes, deu 12:30 nao tinha sido atendida fui reclamar atendente disse que estava agendado para as 14:30 e nao para o 12:00. Um grande absurdo sendo que minha mae marcou para o 12:00, depois de muita espera fui reclamar novamente e a cara de paisagem da atendente disse que o medico nao iria a consulta. UMA FALTA DE RESPEITO COM A PESSOA. IDOSA. Oooo saudade do tempo do INAMPS que nao existiam essa mafia que sao esses convenio paga um absurdo de mensalidade para sofrer descaso. O SUS é muitoooo melhor pena que a demanda é grand e o governo nao investe o dinheiro na saude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E complicado qdo vou c mamae ela usa cilindro de oxigenio e sempre marcam consulta as 18 p ela ou 1730 h ai chega la nao tem cadeira c porta cilindro como na francisco morato.chegando na unidade vou de taxi tenho que ir la dentro e pedir p alguem trazer cadeira de rodas .Nao e.como unidade da brigadeiro ou vergueiro q ja vem um enfermeiro acho e ja vai trazendo a carreira e ja trocando o oxigenio da mamae.Nao gosto muito desta conduta o seguranca temos q pedir eles ficam sentados e qdo jovens no celular

Muito cheio, minha mãe esperou mais de 1h hora esperando pra ser atendida na triagem pra fazer exame, fora a espera pra chamar pra coletar....pagamos muito caro pra receber esse tratamento horroroso, sem contar a grande quantidade de idosos de pé esperando.....a vontade é de cancelar o convênio e ir para outro melhor
Horrible service! It's worse than a public hospital! Very full, my mother waited more than 1 hour waiting to be seen at the screening to take the exam, apart from the wait to call to collect.... .....the desire is to cancel the agreement and go to a better one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muito apertado para colocar tanta gente dentro. Muitos pacientes esperando o médico em pé no primeiro andar. E esses pacientes justamente têm problema de pé, joelhos, coluna etc. No térreo filas no corredor até a entrada. Estava tumultuado. Até parecia com SUS. Esse unidade é pior unidade que eu conheço. O prevent sênior não tem ortopedista ao lado do Jabaquara. Outro lugar que tem ortopedista é mais longe ainda. Fica no zona leste. Aliás no Jabaquara não tem Pronto Atendimento. Só tem um hospital Paris que é só para internados. Deveria colocar PA lá né! Assim não vai acumular PA da Brigadeiro e Maestro Cardim.
Very cramped place to put so many people inside. Many patients waiting for the doctor standing on the first floor. And these patients just have problems with their feet, knees, spine, etc. Downstairs queues in the hallway to the entrance. It was in turmoil. It even looked like SUS. This unit is the worst unit I know. Senior prevent does not have an orthopedist next to Jabaquara. Another place that has an orthopedist is even further away. It's on the east side. In fact, in Jabaquara there is no Emergency Room. There is only one Paris hospital which is for inpatients only. Should put PA there right! That way you won't accumulate AP from Brigadeiro and Maestro Cardim.

Hoje dia 12/04/2022, às 09:00s no piso térreo havia em torno de 50 (cinquenta) beneficiários esperando em "pé" para serem atendidos, sendo que, na maioria para fazer coletas, eu inclusive. Entre a minha chegada às 09:00hs e o efetivo atendimento, demorou 01:35hs. Já no 1° andar, para fazerem agendamentos, haviam mais de 20 (vinte) beneficiários. O atendimento do S.U.S ainda é melhor que o da Prevent Senior.
Unfortunately, the decline is total! Today, 04/12/2022, at 9:00 am on the ground floor, there were around 50 (fifty) beneficiaries waiting in "standing" to be attended, most of them to collect, including me. Between my arrival at 09:00hs and the actual service, it took 01:35hs. On the 1st floor, to make appointments, there were more than 20 (twenty) beneficiaries. S.U.S service is even better than Prevent Senior.
