Se a empresa fosse séria assumiria a ocorrência e acionava seguro pra ambos, mas ao invés disso, falou que estava no prejuízo e que se a gente quisesse, fosse atrás dos nosso direito. Então se não assume os erros de seus clientes, tenho certeza que não é uma boa opção para novos clientes.
A drunk customer hit my dad's car and ran away. If the company were serious, it would take the case and provide insurance for both, but instead, it said it was at a loss and that if we wanted to, it would be after our rights. So if you don't assume your customers' mistakes, I'm sure it's not a good option for new customers.
