Atenção com a inspeção inicial, pois, o carro tem inúmeras avarias.
O carro teve pane elétrica e tentaram, indevidamente, nos cobrar uma bateria nova.
Tiram cópias de documento pessoal e do cartão de crédito com todos os dados.
Não apresentam apólice do seguro.
Façam reservas antecipadas em locadoras conhecidas!
 Very careful!
Attention with the initial inspection, because the car has numerous damages.
The car had an electrical failure and they tried, wrongly, to charge us a new battery.
They take copies of personal documents and credit card with all data.
They do not have an insurance policy.
Make advance reservations at well-known rental companies!

Fui abordado dentro do aeroporto , e por não conseguir carro nas credenciadas, optei pela JM, além de informar valores mais acessíveis. No entanto, ao fechar o contrato, as informações iniciais advindas da funcionária que me abordoa foram distorcidas em maior parte. Enfim, peguei um veículo seminovo no ano/modelo, porém bem desgastado, após deixá-lo parado no estacionamento do hotel por quase 2 dias, a bateria descarregou virando incomodo pelo momento e coação por parte da locadora que informou que poderia haver custos pelo mau-uso. (??)
Houve certo embate, não houve cobrança além do contratado, porém, não a recomendo. Barato pode sair muito caro!!
Horrible experience!
I was approached inside the airport, and because I couldn't find a car in the accredited ones, I chose JM, in addition to informing more affordable values. However, when closing the contract, the initial information from the employee who approaches me was mostly distorted. Anyway, I got a new vehicle in the year/model, but very worn out, after leaving it parked in the hotel parking lot for almost 2 days, the battery discharged, becoming uncomfortable for the moment and coercion on the part of the rental company that informed that there could be costs for the bad -use. (??)
There was a certain clash, there was no charge beyond what was contracted, however, I do not recommend it. Cheap can be very expensive!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O mês passado tive que fazer uma viagem de última hora , estava com um carro reservado em uma locadora conhecida. Na saída do aeroporto de fortaleza um dos corretores me abordou perguntando se eu precisava de aluguel de carro .. super gentil e atencioso , me levou até a loja JM rent a Car ( que por sinal fica do outro lado do aeroporto , super perto ! ) e me deu todo suporte, sem burocracia , aluguei um Ônix 2021 super novinho, por 12 dias e não tive problema algum ! Estou voltando de férias ao Ceará e já estou fechando meu próximo aluguel ! Recomendo demais !!!
Last month I had to make a last minute trip, I had a car booked at a well-known rental company. On the way out of Fortaleza airport, one of the brokers approached me asking if I needed a car rental. and he gave me all the support, without bureaucracy, I rented a brand new Onyx 2021, for 12 days and I had no problem! I'm returning from vacation to Ceará and I'm already closing my next rental! I highly recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro que você é abordado no aeroporto por uma moça que se chama Natanielly; ela faz algumas mentiras para você se passando por uma agente da empresa, porém ela só quer a comissão dela e tudo que ela fala é mentira. Tenham muito cuidado com essa moça.
Ela disse que não teríamos nem um custo com o cancelamento da da outra agência e toma mais R$230,00 de prejuízo.
Ao cair no golpe achando que estava pagando mais barato que na localiza, ao devolver o carro eles inventam que o carro está com risco e que precisa de polimento e cobra mais R$120,00 de taxa.
Resumindo, é um barato que sai muito CARO!
A melhor coisa é fazer com as agências credenciadas, localiza, movida e demais.
Essas agência de fundo de quintal são querem pegar o seu dinheiro.
Fora todo stress com a minha esposa grávida e eles tentando pegar seu dinheiro.
NÃO RECOMENDO PARA NINGUÉM
First, you are approached at the airport by a girl named Nathanielly; she makes some lies for you impersonating a company agent, but she just wants her commission and everything she says is a lie. Be very careful with this girl.
She said that we wouldn't even have a cost with the cancellation of the other agency's and takes another R$230.00 in losses.
When they fall for the scam, thinking they were paying cheaper than at the location, when they return the car they invent that the car is at risk and that it needs polishing and charge another R$120.00 fee.
In short, it's a cheap price that is very EXPENSIVE!
The best thing is to do with accredited agencies, locates, moved and so on.
These backyard agencies are out to take your money.
Out of all the stress with my pregnant wife and them trying to get her money.
I DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
