★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei três frizzer nesta empresa. O primeiro tive que trocar o motor uma vez o segundo já fiz duas manutenção e o terceiro estou sem a mais de dois meses, a ultima tentativa a empresa levou o mesmo pra fabrica e não tem data pra devover.
Toda vez que ligo na empresa eles deixa agente esperando por horas e horas, e não resolve nada.
Estou entrando com uma reclamação no PROCON no pequenas causa para reaver meu dinheiro de volta.

I bought three frizzer in this company. The first one had to change the engine once the second already did two maintenance and the third I'm without more than two months, the last attempt the company took the same to the factory and has no date to return.
Every time I call in the company they leave agents waiting for hours and hours, and solve nothing.
I am filing a complaint with PROCON in the small cause to get my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma fritadeira redonda deles a fritadeira veio queimada a parte da resistência toda queimada acho que alguém comprou e devolveu e aí comprei e me lasquei levei para eles trocar mas não deram a mínima estou até hoje com a fritadeira jogada no quintal. Fiquei muito chateado.
I bought a round fryer from them the fryer came burnt the part of the resistance all burnt I think someone bought it and returned it and then I bought it and I took it for them to change but they didn't give a shit I'm still with the fryer in the yard. I was really upset.
