Não recomendo pra ninguém.
There is no point in doing maintenance with them. They do not give feedback on the progress of the service and take a long time to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma impressora a laser hp usada com todos os toners cheios. Segundo o dono da loja a impressora estava tudo ok, porém com menos de um mês a impressora veio apresentar defeito no fusor, o funcionário da loja disse que foi mal uso da minha parte dizendo que usei papel "grosso" na impressora. Consertaram a impressora mas quando fui utiliza-la fiz nem 20 impressões e todos os toners acabaram com exceção do preto. Sinto-me lesado, enganado uma vez que que nem utilizei a impressora direito e já está parada novamente, não indico ninguém este lugar.
I bought a used hp laser printer with all toners full. According to the store owner, the printer was all ok, but with less than a month the printer came to present a defect in the fuser, the store employee said it was misuse by me saying that I used "thick" paper in the printer. They repaired the printer but when I went to use it I made not even 20 prints and all the toners were used up except for black. I feel injured, cheated since I didn't even use the printer properly and is already stopped again, I don't recommend anyone to this place.
