★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente, do atendente ao técnico. Porém os resultados DEMORAM muito mesmo a ficar pronto.
Parasitologico de fezes 6 dias para ficar pronto(previsão), EAS 2 dias...
Sao pontos bem negativos...
Quando perguntamos nos dao a resposta que nao faz ali e tem que aguradar pois vem de fora...
 Excellent service, from the attendant to the technician. However the results TAKE a lot to be ready.
Stool parasitology 6 days to get ready (forecast), EAS 2 days ...
These are very negative points ...
When we ask, they give us the answer that they do not have there and they have to wait because it comes from outside ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento super demorado. Esperei em torno de 50 minutos só para fazer a ficha de atendimento. Perguntei para a atendente se era normal e ela simplesmente disse que o laboratório estava cheio, sendo que a sala de espera estava vazia. No demais o serviço foi ótimo, a coleta tranquila e desjejum com opções sem glúten e sem lactose.
Super time consuming service. I waited around 50 minutes just to make the attendance form. I asked the attendant if it was normal and she simply said that the lab was full, and the waiting room was empty. In the rest the service was great, the collection was smooth and breakfast with gluten-free and lactose-free options.

As vezes que preciso ir ao Proclinico Pta Verde o atendimento é excelente, desde a recepção, a sala de exames e no lanche,
E para não fugir a regra, mesmo com imprevisto, onde precisei repetir um PCR, a preocupação da equipe em contornar minha frustração e agradar foi excelente.
Parabéns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando ser atendida pelo telefone desde às 7h da manhã, e qdo consigo que me atendam elas desligam sem nem dar a chance de eu fazer uma pergunta. Não deveriam ter telefone para contato se não serve pra nada.
I've been trying to get answered on the phone since 7 am, and when I get answered they hang up without even giving me a chance to ask a question. They shouldn't have a contact phone if it's useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa clínica é a melhor que já vi aqui na cidade. O atendimento é maravilhoso, equipe altamente qualificada para lidar com as crianças, sensíveis e compreensíveis.
Aí dinak dia exames eles ganham até uma lembrancinha e melhor um certificado de "Criança Corajosa", achei fantástica a ideia. Só realizo os exames dos meus pequenos e meus lá.
E não posso deixar de mencionar que o café pós exame é completo e delicioso. Parabéns!
This clinic is the best I've seen here in town. The service is wonderful, highly qualified staff to deal with children, sensitive and understanding.
Then, on the day of exams, they even get a souvenir and better a certificate of "Courageous Child", I thought the idea was fantastic. I only carry out the exams for my little ones and mine there.
And I must mention that the post-exam coffee is complete and delicious. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pra fazer o teste do covid, apesar do grande número de pacientes, eles tentam deixar o mais limpo possível as cadeiras e o ambiente, achei organizado, bom atendimento, o teste fica pronto em menos de 24h.
I went to do the covid test, despite the large number of patients, they try to make the chairs and the environment as clean as possible, I found it organized, good service, the test is ready in less than 24 hours.
