I really liked the service. Those responsible received me with respect and welcome. The attendant Juliana made me try the mattresses that interested me after I explained my need. I did a great deal. It's really cool to go to a place that has this interaction. I received my product, as agreed and the best, now I sleep on the mattress of dreams. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um colchão na loja da Prohouse de Guarulhos, no dia 28 de junho, fomos bem atendidos, nos mostraram os modelos e no final acabamos comprando um colchão cama de casal+ capa protetora. A vendedora explicou que não poderiam entregar o colchão no sábado, mas que entregariam na outra semana, marcamos para a quarta da semana seguinte, só que na terça, avisaram que não poderiam entregar , remarcamos para o sábado e eu expliquei que precisaríamos do colchão pela manhã, porque tínhamos compromisso, até pedi para passarem o meu whatsapp para o motorista para que nos avisassem quando estariam chegando; no entanto o colchão só foi entregue por volta das 14h00; e por causa disso perdemos compromisso importante, agendado há várias semanas.
We bought a mattress at the Prohouse store in Guarulhos, on June 28th, we were well attended, they showed us the models and in the end we ended up buying a double bed mattress + protective cover. The seller explained that they could not deliver the mattress on Saturday, but that they would deliver it the next week, we scheduled it for the Wednesday of the following week, but on Tuesday, they said they could not deliver it, we rescheduled it for Saturday and I explained that we would need the mattress for In the morning, because we had an appointment, I even asked them to pass my whatsapp to the driver to let us know when they would be arriving; however the mattress was only delivered around 2 pm; and because of that we missed an important appointment, scheduled several weeks ago.
