★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei nossa babá-eletrônica nessa assistência e tive que ficar cobrando algum retorno, pois poderia demorar um bom tempo pra eles dizerem que não daria pra consertar. Após 9 dias informaram que não tinha jeito de conserto, e que trocaram o alto-falante e não funcionou.
Suspeito de que realmente foi trocado, pois quando retirei a babá, vi que a câmera nem configurada estava (como eu tinha 2, ela grava a última que foi usada.
Resumo da história: levei em outro lugar, NO MESMO DIA (depois de 3 horas) a pessoa me retornou dizendo que já tinha consertado e que estava funcionando (trocou o alto falante).
Talvez eles estavam enrolados com muito trabalho, mas, acho que a transparência é princípio para um negócio.
Não que sejam ruins, mas, a minha primeira e única experiência não foi nada legal.
I left our baby monitor in this assistance and had to keep charging some return, because it could take a long time for them to say that it would not be possible to fix it. After 9 days they reported that there was no way to fix it, and that they changed the speaker and it didn't work.
I suspect that it really was changed, because when I removed the nanny, I saw that the camera wasn’t set up (as I was 2, it records the last one that was used.
Summary of the story: I took it elsewhere, ON THE SAME DAY (after 3 hours) the person returned to me saying that it had already been fixed and that it was working (the speaker changed).
Maybe they were involved with a lot of work, but, I think transparency is a principle for a business.
Not that they are bad, but, my first and only experience was anything but cool.

It really was very quick to change the battery of my cell phone. As soon as I left it at the store, around 10 am, it didn't take long. It was ready at 1:00 pm

Levei pra eles e em 3 dias tava novo de novo. Depois do problema resolvido o rapaz que atendendia ainda me explicou qual foi o problema e como evitar de ocorrer novamente. Recomendo muito a loja.
Excellent service. I took a notebook with a battery problem. It had been weeks that, in addition to the charge not lasting anything, it took many hours to load. I took it to them and in 3 days it was new again. After the problem was solved, the boy who attended still explained to me what the problem was and how to prevent it from happening again. I highly recommend the store.
