O atendimento é profissional, com avaliação inicial imediata e previsão do defeito da impressora. Após o diagnóstico é feito contato telefônico com o valor do orçamento e data de entrega.
Gosto da honestidade do serviço. Uma vez o problema foi detectado como sendo de um cartucho (eles testam com um da própria loja) e já me orientaram a usar um novo - sem cobrar e sem "inventar" defeitos para cobrar mão de obra.
I have been a customer for over 10 years and I recommend it.
Service is professional, with immediate initial assessment and prediction of printer defect. After the diagnosis, telephone contact is made with the budget amount and delivery date.
I like the honesty of the service. Once the problem was detected as a cartridge (they test with one from the store) and I was already guided to use a new one - without charging and without "inventing" defects to charge for labor.

Fiquei sem solução e sem impressora por mais de 60 dias. Se fosse para comprar cartucho original levaria a impressora em uma especializada HP. Péssimo!!! N
I was always well attended, but this time it was terrible. They stayed with my printer for over 60 days to say that the problem was to buy an original cartridge. Ridiculous. I had no solution and no printer for over 60 days. If I were to buy an original cartridge, I would take the printer to an HP specialist. Terrible!!! N
