Ela me atendeu super bem, com toda atenção dizendo que poderia fazer o serviço, e nao ficou me empurrando pra comprar armação (outros vendedores de outra ótica poderiam me olhar com cara feia ou empurrando de forma inconveniente a venda de algo, mas ela não fez isso). No entanto, ela me explicou previamente que poderia quebrar na tentativa do conserto, haja vista que estava bem torto mesmo. Foi franca. Pela simpatia dela, acabei perguntando sobre armações à venda e ela prontamente me mostrou vários modelos que poderiam combinar comigo. Gostei de cara da armação escolhida por ela. Pela simpatia e honestidade da vendedora, acabei comprando uma armação na loja, sendo que nem tinha ido lá com essa intenção. Bonita loja, com várias opções e bom atendimento!

She treated me very well, very attentively saying that she could do the job, and she didn't keep pushing me to buy frames (other sellers from another perspective might look at me with a frown or inconveniently pushing the sale of something, but she didn't do it that). However, she explained to me in advance that it could break in an attempt to repair it, given that it was really crooked. It was frank. For her sympathy, I ended up asking about frames for sale and she promptly showed me several models that could match me. I liked the frame chosen by her right away. Because of the seller's friendliness and honesty, I ended up buying a frame at the store, and I hadn't even gone there with that intention. Beautiful store, with several options and good service!
