Prezados Senhores, boa tarde.
Desejo saber quando me será entregue o óculos de sol que compramos em vossa ótica e nos foi entregue com o grau diferente da receita do oftalmologista?
Devolvemos o óculos no dia 26/08/2019, acompanhado do Laudo do Oftalmologista informando que o grau estava errado, e até hoje ninguém nos deu nenhuma informação. Pior: nada sabem dizer na loja BarraShopping!

Dear Sirs, good afternoon.
I want to know when the sunglasses we bought from your optician will be delivered to me and delivered to us with a different degree from the ophthalmologist's prescription?
We returned the glasses on 08/26/2019, accompanied by the Ophthalmologist's Report stating that the degree was wrong, and to date nobody has given us any information. Worse: they don't know anything to say at the BarraShopping store!
