★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, fala que cobre orçamento, mas enviei vários valores de farmácias diferentes e não cobriram nenhum. Propaganda enganosa, para que colocar uma coisa que não é.
 Terrible, he says he covers the budget, but I sent several amounts from different pharmacies and they didn't cover any. Misleading advertising, why put something that is not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não atendem o telefone ? e também não funcionam até até 19hs, estou na porta do estabelecimento (18hs:36min) e está fechado.
They don't answer the phone ? and they don't work until 7 pm, I'm at the door of the establishment (6:36 pm) and it's closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento nada o que reclamar agora os telefones de contrato onde vc liga e os telefones não atendem isso é brincadeira esqueceram que vcs trabalham com medicamentos e que alguém pode está necessitando de algum medicamento e pode está com urgência e na hora de solicitar e não estou falando nem de entrega e apenas tão somente de pedido algo que me parece vcs tem interesse ou não , talvez estejam fazendo caridade e eu não saiba e eu não consigo se quer falar pelo telefone em meio a um lockdow .Estao de brincadeira.
The service nothing to complain about now the contract phones where you call and the phones do not answer this is a joke they forgot that you guys work with medication and that someone may be in need of some medication and may be in urgency and it's time to order and I'm not not even talking about delivery and only just asking for something that seems to me you are interested or not, maybe you are doing charity and I don't know and I can't even talk to you on the phone in the middle of a lockdow.

Fui buscar o medicamento um dia depois do prazo estimado (quarta 07/10) chegando lá a atendente olhou pra minha mão com uma nota de 50 reais é já foi dizendo que não tinha troco que era pra eu voltar depois. Eu com toda Boa vontade fui trocar o dinheiro pra ela , quando voltei com o troco ela foi pegar o remédio é voltou dizendo que NÃO estava pronto se eu podia voltar no outro dia e eu disse que seria complicado pq eu teria que pagar passagem novamente .Pedi um desconto pra compensar o erro que foi deles. Eles disseram que não era possível mas que iriam fazer a entrega do remédio no dia seguinte na minha casa no horário comercial. Fiquei o dia todo esperando e nada . No outro dia (09/10)dia mandei mensagem pelo zap e eles disseram que o remédio estava na loja (!) se eu podia ir lá pegar . Eu falei a mesma coisa e eles disseram que só podiam entregar na terça (13/10) eu disse que não dava pra esperar pq eu estou precisando do remédio, que ia dar um jeito de ir pegar . Eles ficaram de pagar minha passagem . Chegando lá não pagaram nada... Enfim o descaso foi grande uma sucessão de erros. Não volto nunca mais!!!
I had a bad experience! I went to get the medicine one day after the estimated deadline (Wednesday, 07/10) arriving there the attendant looked at my hand with a 50 reais bill and was already saying that there was no change that I was supposed to return later. I willingly changed the money for her, when I came back with the change she went to get the medicine and came back saying she was NOT ready if I could go back the other day and I said it would be complicated because I would have to pay a ticket again. I asked for a discount to make up for their mistake. They said it was not possible but that they would deliver the medicine the next day to my home during business hours. I was waiting all day and nothing. The other day (10/9) I sent a message through the zap and they said the medicine was in the store (!) If I could go and get it. I said the same thing and they said they could only deliver it on Tuesday (10/13) I said that I couldn't wait because I need the medicine, that I would find a way to get it. They were left to pay for my ticket. When they got there, they didn't pay anything ... Anyway, the neglect was a succession of errors. I'll never be back !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei um orçamento no dia 11/08 /21 de um medicamento para enxaqueca foi informado que o medicamento seria entregue no dia 13/08/21 dentro do prazo estimado que seria o horário comercial ,pois bem entrando em contato novamente me passou a informação de que o medicamento tinha saído para entrega ,logo depois foi dado outra informação que o entregador estava no centro de Nova Iguaçu e acho que ele ficou por lá ,mas só que até agora não chegou ,detalhe são 23:19 descaso total com o cliente
I requested a quote on 08/11/21 for a medicine for migraine, I was informed that the medicine would be delivered on 08/13/21 within the estimated time that would be business hours, so by contacting me again, he gave me the information that the drug had left for delivery , soon after another information was given that the delivery person was in the center of Nova Iguaçu and I think he stayed there , but so far it has not arrived , detail is 23:19 total disregard for the customer

As in every compounding pharmacy, medicines are not cheap. But it's a good pharmacy. There are 3 benches to sit and wait for service. There's coffee, water. Closes at 18:00 h. Good service. I liked . ( Qualitative Phone 997592686 )
